[Everything's been pretty nuts since the thing with the tear gas. Isaac knows this pretty intimately. He wasn't effected, but someone very close to him was. Still, he's been doing a lot of thinking, and feels it's time to speak to the rest of you.]

Hey. [Yeah, he's a master of words, this guy.] Uh, those of you who don't know me, I'm Isaac Clarke. Among a lot of things, I'm an engineer. I know I've worked on some mods and rebuilds for a few of you. I was approached to help figure out some security measures to keep...what happened [You should all know what he's talking about.] from happening again.

I think I might have figured something out, but I need some pretty high-tech sensors...and someone who knows how to configure them better than I do. I'm an electrical engineer. Computers aren't my specialty, and if these security measures are going to keep people safe, they're going to need to be pretty fine-tuned, able to identify one thing from another when they scan them.

[He takes a breath and then leans back in his chair before continuing.] On a...different note, I know there are a lot of you out there who might need something built, or repaired, or whatever, and don't necessarily need a huge firm to do it. If so, I'm you're guy.

Nothing yet, I'm just scouting. I've been keeping an eye out for people who might be able to service my suit if it gets damaged in the field.

[He gestures slightly to his helmet. Self-explanatory enough: future space armor isn't exactly pedestrian here.]

It's not really something I can go to a native mechanic for. Better to be prepared.

Well, considering I've modded all my own EVA suits and...a friend's, back home I mean, I think I can handle it, yeah. It looks fairly uniform, unless you've already had it modded. Either way, I should be able to handle it.

[A pause.]

Is it terrestrial or is it capable of sealing in a vacuum? [Is it a space suit, brah?]

What kind of security measures were you asked to make? If it's okay to talk about?

Something to keep the gas incident from repeating. I'm thinking a sort of...enclosure for big events, something that will let the right things in, but keep the right things out.

Mostly I've been going to Hiro Hamada for any repairs but if you are good at repairs too I could use a backup when Hiro is indisposed!

And yeah, I can do repairs. What sorts of things do you need done, whenever you need them, I mean?

And I think so. I found someone who might be able to calibrate the sensors, anyway. You know, if I can find any.

...so...that Superman guy? And his friends? They're kind of creepy.

I haven't contacted the Future Foundation yet, or Tony Stark. They might be able to help with sensors.

[He shrugs.]

I don't know names, but I know he's not working alone. He said something about Crane being locked up somewhere "safe" he "wasn't at liberty to talk about", and...I don't know, that makes me paranoid.

[Everything makes them paranoid.]

Crane's a sick fuck and he deserves to the locked up for the rest of the time he's stuck here, but I don't know how I feel about there being people out there who can just...make you disappear to someplace secret, and we have to trust it's on the up and up, you know? Been there, done that. It wasn't fun.

What do I like to build? Engines, mostly. Standard infusion and shockpoint drives, mostly. I'm a ship mechanic, but I can build just about anything; suits, weapons. Whatever.

Proximity sensors? We'll need something to keep an eye on the whole event.

Right. Proximity, metal, chemical... We'll want to sweep the premises beforehand, too. At De Chima the devices were in place well before the event started.
