[She had tried to contact Gamagori earlier to talk, but oddly enough, there had been no response, and no voicemail, even. Then checking things, only to find that his name is no longer on the network... well. It doesn't take a lot to put two and two together. She'll stick with text for this post.]

For those of you who knew him, Nonah ambassador Ira Gamagori has gone home.

He definitely would have. He was never the sort of guy to just let things sit around and stay as they are when he could try to improve them.

He certainly set an example for future ambassadors. Even though he's no longer with us, I believe his influence will continue to be felt for years to come.

I think so, too. He did a lot while he was here; it won't disappear just because he's gone.

Exactly. He had a strong presence, as well. I'm sure those who met him won't soon forget what kind of person he was.

[And, really, that's the best thing anyone can hope for. To Barnaby, a far-reaching legacy isn't nearly as important as the fragile memories cherished by friends and family.]
