[Jo doesn't come to the network often, but she's had a new job for a little bit now and she has a serious question.
Well, almost serious.]
Is there any good rock music around here or are we stuck with big band forever? [She's tried to find some music to buy now that she has a paying job again, but she's running out of options and she misses REO Speedwagon.]
If there's a music shop I haven't found yet in Maurtia Falls, let me know. Hell, even if it's in one of the other Porter cities.
And other than music, what's a girl supposed to wear when she wants to look professional guard but not like she's trying too hard? [There's no uniform at StarkTech, so she's running out of options. Isn't there something to wear that doesn't make her feel like a cop?]
Private to Dean Winchester:
Why didn't you tell me Sam was gone?

And professional security? Probably some dark cargo Dickies, some skid-resistant shoes (combat boots, opt for combat boots), and a dark button-up shirt. Geez, I lived in a place with a ton of security and I can't even tell you what they wore.
video
Yeah, can you give me those addresses? I'll check them out when I get the chance. [Now she misses her AC/DC shirts too, thanks Newt.]
Cargo Dickies, really? I'm used to making fun of those in the stores. [While shoplifting.] Jeans have to be okay, right?

Sure! Happy to help a fellow music junkie. [He sends her the addresses in a text. They're in kind of a less than stellar part of town, but what can you do.]
[He shrugs] Security isn't supposed to look cool, I think, but why not? Pair of jeans, a leather jacket, some kick-ass boots... Style yourself like a bounty hunter or something! But what kind of shitty place do you work that it doesn't provide a uniform?
perma vid
Thanks for these. Hopefully I can find something. [Even just a new album would be nice.]
StarkTech. I think he wants us to feel comfortable but I'd rather look like I belong there. Bounty hunters don't actually look like they belong anywhere, that's why the guys run.

Oh! [Uh, strike that "shitty" comment. Hope the boss doesn't see that.] So you'll want to dress like us, then, like the nerds, so you blend in. Ever been to Best Buy? Do they have those in your world? If you remember what the...what were they called?--the tech guys: white button-up, black tie, black pants. You'll look like one of the nerds. Nerd Herd?...no...Geek Squad! Yeah. Like that! Invest in some glasses. The thicker the better.
That, or a video-game or comic book t-shirt and jeans. Look like you just got done with a 72hr online gaming session.
No, but honestly, we're a pretty diverse crowd. Pick what look you like and go with that. Nerding is about comfort.

An' far as the music goes, what sucks for me is we didn't have any of the fancy stuff. Just records, and the big band stuff sounds like what gramps used to listen to.
[He is tragically pop culturally stunted.]
Video;
There's nothing wrong with records.
Video;
You know what, just wear clothes that don't make you look like an idiot and easy to move around in. [Sensible utility.]
Nah. But we didn't have lots of rock music. Couple different kinds. I don't remember any of the names though except for Thriller, but only because everyone made a big deal about the singer some years ago.
Re: Video;
That would be Michael Jackson. He's not too bad.

Sam's gone.
[At least he's told her now.]
Video;
Last time? He was only gone for a few days. That kind of thing happens around here a whole hell of a lot more often than it should. Guess I figured he'd just... Pop back up again sooner or later. [At least that's what he'd hoped.]
Video;
Someone has to, if Sam's gone.]
I don't have Bobby here to keep me up to date. I need your help with that. [Unfortunately.]
Video;
Alright. Fine. You wanna work together then? [Officially.
At least if she was with him, he could keep her safe. Not that he'd be bringing her along for anything like facing down Lucifer. If he could help it. He wasn't going to watch her die again.]
