I don't understand why people keep saying it's unhealthy. I eat at my desk, I sleep in a bed, I exercise in the house, I can breathe without the sunlight shining directly on me. What's the big deal?

I'm not quite clear on the details, but even I enjoy a stroll in the sunlight occasionally, ironic as it is. ]

Yeah, the sun never did me any good. Actually, it's the moon I tend to enjoy more. Sometimes I go out at night, but...rarely. ...Very rarely.
