If someone were to discover that they possessed an ability that had the potential to endanger the lives of those around them, what sort of options would they be looking at?

Other than resorting to criminal detainment of course, and where learning control is not an option, as it simply doesn't function in a controllable manner.

So essentially what I'm asking is, is it possible to voluntarily arrange for import abilities to be suppressed? Are there any non-permanent options? What sort of side-effects could one expect from undergoing such a process?

You'll have to forgive the lack of details I'm afraid, as they aren't mine to share.

[He's asking for a friend okay. Yeah when's the last time anyone bought that. Still though, it's true.]

Feel free to list any contacts you may have regarding this issue.

Thank you.
driftsintobuffetline: (well yeah you could do that)

same as before until otherwise noted

Like Godzilla? Please tell me you turn into Godzilla.

What, if anything, is your solution for the blood issue? Because that's very close to what I'm dealing with--other than don't get hurt which a. I am prone to and b. Is great until accidents. And we've had occupation and abduction and attacks and I'm not really well-suited for protecting myself.

Bruce! Nice to meet you. I'd give you my name but that makes anon kind of moot. Hermann's a doctor too. I'll let him tell you the specifics lest I just say math and piss him off (he doesn't monster up, but he's scary in his own way). Ask him about the giant robots.

Alright, well you have Betty give us a call if she's interested. I'm down for scientific curiosity.
hyperkinesia: (And he tells you everything?)

I don't turn into Godzilla. Sorry to disappoint you. He's still humanoid, just much larger, bigger and heavier. Stronger and faster too.

Don't get injured, pretty much? I just try to be careful at all times. I always keep cyanoacrylate with me, in case I get a small cut or anything like that. More serious injuries tend to trigger me anyway, and when I'm transformed I also have advanced cell regeneration, so it just heals up in no time.

Giant robots? I'll want to hear about that now. We only really have those in movies and comics where I'm from.

I'll let her know, sure. Looking forward to meeting you too. Possibly even learning your real name?
