His expression is very serious and stern, but the slant of his eyebrows might be just how his face was designed. The only strange detail in his face are eyes, black sclera and golden irises, but starting from the neck it gets weirder. His neck has black silicone sheathing instead of skin, while the other part of him not covered in clothing - his arms -, is artificial and covered in metal plating. ]

I am familiar with organization registering heroes, although the one known to me was based on private sector, rather than military. [ He's really not sure how he feels about it, especially with the whole "war with soviets" thing. Hero Association isn't best system ever but at least it didn't make them-- ] Soldiers, that's what we are here.

I'm Genos- From my initial assessment of the situation here, it is not unlikely for ImPorts from the same "world" to appear.

Based on that, I require information about cyborgs present among ImPorts. With emphasis placed on those with unstable mental capacity and tendency to bouts of violence.

I'm not familiar with cyborgs inherently suffering from instability, other than control software malfunctions.

Is any of them present here? I'm tracking someone. From my information the irregularity was caused by a brain augmentation failure, but I can't, and won't, rule out a simple violent nature.

[ Not much hope there. Since she can almost pass for a normal human, they're probably not from the same world. Still interesting. ]

I suppose it's possible that failed cyberization could alter someone's personality, but where I'm from, it's fairly foolproof other than a potential disease that can arise from it. Until now, I was the only one that I knew of with an augmented brain. So I can't say I've seen your quarry.

What does that even confirm?

[Granted, Saitama barely listened to anything they said and didn't even read anything they gave him before he lost it on the way to his government housing, but what little he did know he's not sure how him being here for 2-3 months would confirm.]

As for cyborgs...You could probably ask the government. They have records of all imports currently present, I believe. But I'm not sure how forthcoming they would be with their information.

[ Genos is used to being your personal wikipedia Saitama, so he just quotes the pamphlet ] ImPorts reported being sent back to the proper timeline without recollections of this place. We're not "gone" from our world, it's more that this one is "borrowing us."

[ That scream was startling. Not only a scream, but also unfamiliar language additionally. Genos glares at the screen ]

I appreciate and take that offer. While the translation feature of these devices is convenient, I suppose learning at least the very base of the language could prove to be useful.

[ He really don't have anything to do, aside from learning the surroundings for now. And at least learning the language so prevalent here would be a productive activity ]

You are correct, I did not consider the official routes angle. [ He's never really considering them. So it's kind of odd to think about them ] Say, the final decision whether to enlist, is to be made at later date, am I right?

I think it's fair to assume we come from different places. From where I come from there isn't enough cyborgs for them to have their own disease, at least not that I know. [ his body is also really advanced design, compared to few others. And he's nowhere close to looking so convincingly human ] It does pique my curiosity, though.

Probably not. Prosthetic technology is extremely advanced where I'm from, so cyborgs are increasingly common. [She's seen prosthetics similar to what he has, though they're considered older and out of date at this point.]

Motoko Kusanagi. How much of you is cybernetic, if you don't mind me asking?

Cybernetics is still a fairly new branch of science and medicine where I'm from. Augmented individuals are rather uncommon
