Do you believe in God? Gods? Do they exist where you're from? What about angels or demons or anything like that?

Where I'm from the existence of gods is hard to deny. People are pretty devote and religious. Church is an intrinsic part of our culture. It takes someone pretty hardheaded or self-centered to deny the existence of higher powers, but here there's not much emphasis on religion. Guess I'm just kinda curious now. Is it more like my home in your worlds, or more like this one?

You have a point.

Getting rid of a god seems pretty risky, but if they are a danger to you then what choice do you have? It's natural for all people to want to fight back and keep control of their lives.

The other gods did not make that decision lightly.

Oh. So it was a join decision. Like how some of those REAL tv shows work.

Your world definitely seems crazy, and dangerous. More than mine.

It had to be. In order to turn her mortal, another had to sacrifice his own immortality. Both were leaders in their pantheons.

Oh, so it wasn't just that the one was killed. I guess that would be what it takes to kill a god. Another would have to die.

As far as anyone knows, Paladine is still alive.

So he didn't have to die but he became mortal. So he will die someday, just not yet.

I guess everything has an end someday.

One day, yes. Probably not for a few centuries.

Are your gods there at the beginning of things like the ones from my world were? I'd think the world would be different if some just disappeared.

Most were, according to the historians. A few came from other planes. I'm no historian, though; that's my Minister of Information's job.

I don't know much about my world's gods. There's a lot about immortals I don't know.

I think some people might not see that as a necessity, but I think it's a good way to keep in touch with your people. Shows you care.
