Whether a man is a criminal or a hero is a matter of perspective.

But if you don't want to play your role anymore, and are removed from your motivation for being who you are, what do you do? Do you seek redemption and rehabilitation and transform as an individual, or do you repeat negative behavior? How much do you believe people change only because they are imPorted? In short, do you believe people can change?

If I had anybody willing to discuss this in private with me, I assure you, I'd not be raising the issue publically.

People can change for better or for worse. People can be fooled into change and live a lie. People can over personal obstacles and become a beacon of light for others. The only thing that matters in all of this, however, is that it is a matter of perspective as well as a matter of negatives and positives.

Don't call it overanalyzing! It's just making sure I'm confident in what I think and feel and believe in!

. . . the hell? This has nothing to do with nervousness. If you're going to put your thoughts into something or invest yourself into something, you should be sure of what it is.

Yes, and you should be prepared to invest effort and hard work. But I was curious as to why you feel it important to be confident?

Why make a choice if you're not 100% confident in why you're making that choice?

Necessity? I believe it prudent to expect prepare for those times when difficult choices must be made.

That depends on if you're too stupid to make a choice quickly.

Adaptation is a skill that more should utelize, I agree, but there's little wrong with developing one's insight and planning according to a situation. Unless applied wrongly, I imagine.

What do you consider a wrong application?

Overestimating your own talents. Believing everyone can be bought. Plenty of individuals think they are smart, but there's nothing intelligent about irrationally engaging a superior opponent on unfamiliar ground. Don't you think so?

Depends on if you have a secret weapon or move that can take that opponent down.

Cunning. The rational act of concealing your intentions. Wouldn't such a carefully guarded secret make our proverbial encounter rational?
