[There is a lot going on in all the cities. Exactly the kind of event that certain buildings were brought into creation for. Not the Hole. Not this one (unless it went on a little longer), but Helix Station? Well, at least it had thick walls going for it.

Daryl's in the air above the station, camera aimed down past his feet where he's hovering over the scene.]

Any ya'll need ta hide from this shit and you got the people ta help you get there, Helix Station's holding out. Civilians, registered, non-registered, you need a spot to hop a squat and lay low, you get your ass over there. And do it fast.

Any ya'll feelin' like helpin' protect some souls that needs it, get yer asses up there, too, and hold the damn walls. Place is taking it hard. It's standing and it's gonna stand, but it's gonna need help.

[The sound of a plane getting closer and then guns opening fire are the only warning Daryl has before his legs curl up and tips of his wings come into view as he starts to plummet. The camera spins as he does, showing the war plane following him down and the bullets bouncing off the invisible shield around him. Unfortunately he can't fly and keep the shield up at the same time, so it's a good 30 seconds of him just falling before the plane pulls up and he's able to twist back around, snap his wings open, and just barely brush past the heads of a few mounted cavalry already scrambling in anticipation of his hitting the ground.

Ain't happening this time, but it's a close call as he swings back toward the station to find a landing spot.]

What's the matter? Having a little trouble?

[Tetsuo, giddily riding the addictive high of being able to cut loose on things without reprisal, apparently has nothing better to do with his time than be a pest to someone trying to be of actual use to humanity. Especially if that person is Daryl. He doesn't seem to pay any attention to the actual message, focusing instead on the close call.]

[Daryl's on his feet now, on the roof, wings up and protecting himself from another strafing run.]

You wanna gloat over something, why don't you come do something about them?

[Maybe trying to goad the kid into showing off could bring some much needed aid. Couldn't hurt to try.]

[It really could. Tetsuo gets up, shifting the background to reveal he's taken temporary refuge in a building that's seen better days, judging by the fact you can get a nice street view through what used to be a wall.]

Who says I'm not? Where is that, anyway?

[Says the one long-term resident in the porter towns who apparently has no idea where Helix Station is. He's pretty sure that's not Nonah, that's all he's got.]

Helix Station.

[He repeated it, before realizing the kid might not know what city that's in.]

Maurita Falls. Got somethin' of an army tryin' ta breach the gates.

[And just to see if he could get a rise to the challenge.]

Probably couldn't do nothin' about it even if ya were here. Not with them bombers flyin' around. You'd be just as pinned as me.

Like hell! I can take those on!

[He's 40% sure that's actually true, so he'll go with it and make it true.]

How come you can't hold your final stand or whatever where I can get to it?! I'd show you who's pinned!

[The question of the day: can an unsettled ImPort of questionable reputation get waved through the Porter for this... or is anyone actually manning those right now to begin with? He hasn't checked that at all.]

Can't get to? Hell, kid, you tell 'em you need to get to Maurita Falls to protect civilians getting bombs dropped on 'em, they'll rush you through.

[Daryl figured with the near state of emergency, any imPort looking to help out somewhere and loudly proclaiming how wasn't going to get pushed away.]

And if they don't, shove this video in their face and I'll tell 'em to. Less you gonna chicken out on that promise you just made.

[Tetsuo puffs up, inhaling sharply.]

As if I'd chicken out! Watch me!

[And to prove it, he doesn't click off the video. It has a nice dizzying shot of rubble and pavement as he stalks out of the building, then a sudden rush as that ground gets very far away very quickly.

Nonah gets highlighed in a fantastic aerial view of mass chaos. There's bodies on the streets, alongside wrecked cars, civilians running, infantry charging forward or marching in patterns along the streets. There's plenty swarmed out to fight them, too. But there doesn't seem to be any one singular push anywhere, unlike the one outside Helix Station. It's more mass chaos.

For one moment, the ground below them is stationary. After that it's a blur as Tetsuo speeds for the Porter, and stays a blur until just seconds to impact with the ground. He channels all his momentum forward, making the first non-blurry shot a dramatic crater punched into the ground seconds before Tetsuo lightly touches down in its center. After that, his boots move through pavement, a door, and onto smooth tile as he storms directly into the Porter building.

"Wrist please?"
"Screw off! I'm going through."

Tetsuo's signature diplomacy has fairly predictable results; he's barred passage. Here's where Tetsuo finally picks the feed back up, highlighting his very annoyed face first, then an equally annoyed-looking government employee. This is exactly why he'd kept the feed open.]

YOU tell him!

[Daryl's ready for that. Kid could have at least shown his wrist and said to the people what he'd told him to say. But no. Asshole was stubborn with a side of never saying enough.

He held up his own wrist on the feed. 'Registered' was shown bright as day.]

He's with me. Need him in Maurita Falls.

[There was a short bit of hemming and hawing about the unorthadox method of a 'registered escort' for someone, but nothing in the rules seemed to say the escort had to be physically there (it would probably get amended later) so Tetsuo was waved through.]

[The smuggest asshole ever, Tetsuo proudly swaggers through, flaunting the fact that they can't do shit to stop him and making it very clear they know it. He only picks the feed back up when he's through to Maurtia Falls, picking the video up from maintained cobblestone to the street signs.]

Okay asshole, where are you?

[That's the nicest way he's ever asked for directions.]

Get yer ass in the air, find the building being circled like it's King Kong on a Friday and fly.

[The building wasn't the tallest one in the city, but it was definitely the most fortified. And there were a lot of forces outside it. Made a big, obvious target.]

Tch. So you have no idea, huh.

[It's like flying isn't actually quite that effortless or something. Not that he's going to admit that.]

I'm already here, smartass.

[unless he wants to navigate a bunch of streets, those were the most direct directions he could give]

Look.

[Shit. Now he has to come up with an excuse beyond 'I'm still waiting to feel okay again'. After dealing with that tank earlier, he's still not completely ready to deal with more hell machines, despite what his impulsive bravado claimed.]

You think a buncha planes won't see me coming if I'm on their level? You want them gone? Then get me there without them figuring it out!

[Of course, this is Tetsuo. People knowing he's coming for them never bothers him. If Daryl's not buying it, he'll just have to suck it up and deal.]

[Thanks Daryl, Hermann's gonna piggyback this with a frantic message]

The Kaiju is an imPort! I repeat: he is not an enemy! Do not attack him! If you see patches of Blue on or around him, avoid direct skin contact with them, or you will suffer life-threatening consequences immediately. He has very thick skin and a regeneration ability, so this shouldn't be a widespread problem, but you have been warned.

[His voice steadies and flounders a bit now that the pertinent information is out of the way]

As a clarification: his mind is entirely human and he will fully understand anyone that speaks to him, but physically, he lacks the vocal range for articulate responses. If a conversation is necessary, I can communicate with him directly.
