[Was that a mask? The visual shows what appears to be some sort of skeletal alien mask and the voice that accompanies it sounds oddly mechanical. Some here may recognize the cyborg General, even if just from historical records. While arriving as human, he'd quickly discovered his powers of transformation from the files he was given then after some brief experimenting he settled on the one he'd last been most familiar with. At least for now.]

Citizens. Heroes.

[The emphasized word seems to catch in his throat and there's a brief cough before he continues with an underlying growl to his tone.]

This is an unfortunate development. I was interrupted in the midst of a critical battle. I do not have time to deal with your little world's problems.

[The words are interrupted again by more coughing then an annoyed growl before the video cuts out abruptly.]

Well, we can start with those bags under your eyes. Do you even sleep? Or do you stab yourself with that ridiculous mask when you try?

I do not need sleep.

[He does need some rest on occasion to recharge both mechanical and biological parts but not very often. Here, that will be different since each form he can now take has its own issues and benefits. Somehow he'll have to balance them.]

[ He doesn't believe him one bit. ]

Work your job, save up some money to buy stuff, live a decent life, be on call the save the day; pretty basic stuff.

So we are to remain idle until we are called to fight?

[He doesn't like the idea of that. He's used to fighting. Besides, the job description he'd gotten sounded like some sort of insulting joke at his expense.]

Well, as idle as you want to be. Really, it's up to you what you do with your time, just as long as I don't end up getting called in to try and arrest you for doing something illegal.

[ Really, he doesn't want to be anywhere near that while his Persona is on the fritz. ]

[He's highly offended.]

You just popped up on the network whining about being in the middle of a battle. You may not be a criminal, but you just sounded like someone that would start something.

I did not start anything. Our galaxy is at war. We are fighting against our enemies. They are the criminals with their oppression, their arrogance and their negligence.

Yeaaaaah... I don't care.

[ Not his galaxy, not his war. ]

Just don't start anything if there's any of your 'enemies' here. We've got enough things to deal with here.

[There's a low growl.]

[ Adachi leaned a little closer to the screen. ]

You got powers, yeah? Maybe you had them when you were back home, but you've got them here. Now keep this in mind: everyone here does. Everyone has some kind of special power, from being able to put together the perfect slice of toast to blowing up a town just by thinking about it.

And quite a few people? There those 'heroes' you were whining about too.

So I'd take my friendly little warning to heart if I were you.

Are you going to start a war over defending those who deserve to suffer?

Nobody deserves to suffer.

[ Wait, isn't that what Revan called himself? He's calling BS, considering Revan's a pretty cool dude, but it was probably a good idea that he reacted the way he did, all things considered. ]

They are a group of arrogant beings fueled by their own delusions of superiority. They need to be prevented from causing any more damage to the galaxy.
