Video; Come On Down
[Cut to: the interior of a diner somewhere. The camera rests on a counter, leaned against a napkin holder or maybe a shaker of salt. There is the chatter of patrons in the background. Ruby leans on the counter, somewhat tired-looking but smiling as she rests her chin on her hand. A pie sits in a display case next to her.]
Hey, guys. As we get to the end of the month, just a little reminder that Granny's Bed & Breakfast is open for business now, just a short drive outside Nonah, if you ever need a weekend away from everything.
And for anyone who's new to this world and feeling a little overwhelmed by the city or the technology or whatever, there's no charge to come stay somewhere a little quieter for a few days as you make the adjustment. So if you, someone you know, or someone you meet soon could use that sort of thing, remember Granny's, okay?
[She almost leaves it there, but then sits up a little straighter suddenly.]
--oh, and feel free to stop by the diner as well if you ever want to grab a drink or a burger or just come say hi to the cute owner! I hear she's very friendly and loves puns. You could even share your favorite right now to brighten her mood after a long day at work.
[And with an amused little chuckle at herself, Ruby signs off.]
