Good evening. I was wondering if I could ask a few questions. It appears that school is about to start here, and I'm going into my... senior year. [ She sounds a bit hesitant about what year she's saying. Stupid American systems make no sense. ]

I'm curious about where I need to go to complete the entrance exams? Also, I need to know where to purchase my uniform as I couldn't find any information about it.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Soooo... I dunno if you noticed, but you're in America now, Niijima-san. They don't have entrance exams for schools here.

...actually, pretty sure that if you finished your third year, you're pretty set to go to college if you want.

America's a little less... strict with who gets to go where in their education system, and it's even worse here. Apparently at your age, you don't even need to go to school if you don't want because of special imPort rules.

[ He shrugged. ]

Four weeks away... [ So she was still seventeen? Going to turn eighteen next year? ] Might just be an age thing. I'd see about testing out before the high schools start, and then looking to apply to colleges. I think college terms start a little later, so if you hurry, you should be fine.

Sure you've picked this up already, but school ain't the biggest concern you've got right now. It'd probably be better if you just worked whatever job you got assigned 'til you get the rest of your shit in order.

[ Makoto knew that her Akira had helped Iwai with personal issues, that he was the one Akira got the guns they used from. She hadn't spent much time with him though, but she was aware that Iwai knew Akira was a Phantom Thief. She didn't know if he knew about the rest of them however. ]

So I am finding out. This is [ sigh ] not what I had been expecting. Especially after everything we went through. [ The last is said softly, but more than audibly. ]

Looks like you already got most of your answers! But I went ahead and looked at what you said already - if you were that close to graduating, I don't think you should have to repeat your grade. I actually managed to skip a couple of years here. If you study up for the next GED exam, you can take that and head straight to college, if that's something you want to do.

I will have to look into doing so. Do you know anything about the Universities here? Are there more than one?

I probably should have done a bit of research on my own before asking about this.
