while export is possible give that it seems to happen to others for varying lengths of time, we shouldn't exclude the possibility hux has done something to him. [Not that Jyn really needs much of a reason to beat the ever-living kriff out of the guy anyway ..]

this isn't the first time he's taken credit; he did the same when you (cass) had disappeared, made it sound like he'd had a hand in it. of course, you hadn't been actively engaging him in anything hostile or aggressive the way bodhi has been as of late, nor had you planned to go to see him before disappearing.

it's those differences that make me more concerned that he might have had something to do with it.

torture was moderately reliable in my experience, depending on the person/creature. the empire does a lot of it, often for no reason. even if we didn't get intel out of him, i'd happily volunteer to do the beating.

could shift into something innocuous if it helps? something avian, for overhead scouting; something small and unobtrusive for actual infiltration (thinking: small rodent, insect, etc.) .. likewise, could offer shifting power to you, cass, should you want it.

I think you'd be surprised what he could handle. He gets off on pain, and he gets off on others pain. They do enough torture on their own that he's probably been through just as much anti-torture training as I have.

And he'd still lie to us anyway.

i've generally been going by the rule that everything he says is a lie and to not expect much else. do you think he's likely to have had something to do with this, given your knowledge of him?

You don't know me and have no real reason to reply, but I had a text conversation with a Bodhi Rook a while ago. I never got to meet him - he seemed nice though.

What I can tell you is that he expressed an interest in visiting my antique shop in Maurtia Falls. Though he hasn't been yet. If he does, I'll let you know.

We have a good number of individuals from our galaxy here, with at least three rivaling factions at play. There is at least one individual here that I know of that would want him dead for being a 'traitor.' There are apparently others, whom I don't know, who also want the same.
