I understand that many of you have been adversely affected recently by the widespread vandalism and destruction that has been happening to our community. You may have to share a room with someone else, but there is a bed for you in my home if you need a place to stay. We'll keep someone posted on watch at all times for however long is necessary. If you would also like to volunteer for a shift, we'd appreciate that as well.

With all of the turmoil currently facing the Porter cities, it's refreshing to see someone offering their genuine support. He just knew that what the natives were saying about the ImPorts couldn't all be true...]

[ Charles has nudged Erik to sit down with his communication devise and is in the process of making some coffee. He watches him quietly from the counter while the coffee brews and then takes a cup to him when it's done.

He hovers for a moment or two without anything to really do. He doesn't ask if Erik is okay. He's angry, Charles knows that perfectly well.

Instead he fishes out a cookie tin and opens it. ]

It'll be alright, [ he says quietly. ] We can fit in a lot of people temporarily.

I'd say eight hours, three shifts a day, with auxiliary help for breaks. But I haven't really thought out a schedule.
