If someone lacks the good judgment to register and accept the government's handholding, where should they begin looking for a new job as an unsettled imPort?

I know there must be imPort-run businesses hiring, or some reasonably credible line of work that doesn't care about registration status. Skills include heavy lifting, aggressive driving, pain management, intimidation, animal handling, and ... Well, I'm sure there's something else he's good at.

I maintain a healthy skepticism about most things. Which is precisely why I know having greater access to the government is the best way to find out more. [ Where's Kara. More people here need to have read The Art of War. Lydia feels like #theonlyone. ] Do people generally trust unsettled imPorts to do security? I know there's some degree of bias there, but it's considerably outside my own personal experience, so I don't know to what extent.

What sort of work does he wish? I've compiled a list of Import-friendly businesses; more details on what he wishes to do, rather than simply what he is capable of doing, would be of use.

He, and I quote, just wants "something to pay the bills." He's fairly low maintenance, with the exception of his people skills. Probably best to avoid anything that would require him to be nice or helpful.
