Sorry--I think this is easier than sending the same message a bunch of times...

Probabtion ends next week. Shortly after that, the Nonah police academy decides whether or not I can continue enrollment and training. I heard that unless something catastrophic happens, my chances are pretty good. I HAVE been trying to work extra hard, so we'll see...
(And I guess saying "there's no chance something CATASTROPHIC can happen" is silly, given the way things happen here...)

In any case, thank you to everyone who's been rooting for me. I appreciate your support. Maybe all that good energy has a way of making things turn out better in the end...
Or at least, maybe I'll have a chance to do something MORE than just cleaning up lawns and digging up old plants...

Well...I guess there's an argument for that, since you're not the first person to say that to me. But someone's life was lost, and I shouldn't just walk away from that. If nothing had come of the trial, I'm sure my own conscience would've come down on me somehow.
