THE MAJORITY REPORT: DECEMBER 10TH, 2017Chaos and uncertainty roll in as locals report strange happenings with observable imPorts. Spikes of health-related injury and power maladjustment have been cropping up with unusual frequency. Truth be told, something is broken.

SEVENTY-SEXY
As seen on the Maurtia Falls news stations and discussed on Bwitter and Rumblr:
A mysterious, shadowy figure is single-handedly trying to take on crime in Maurtia Falls. Witnesses have given conflicting statements, ranging from a monster with glowing eyes to a whole army of beefy men.

But here's the scoop: it's imPort 76. He has been mainly targeting the more violent crimes, saving innocent lives where he can. For the most part, he's only knocking thugs out using more brute force than ammo. He never sticks around to take credit.

Thank goodness for journalistic coverage, else you'd never know!

THE ONCE AND FUTURE BLING
As seen in the De Chima newspapers and stations, and on social media:
A pair of imPorts getting into a dust-up in De Chima might make fine news on its own, especially given that one of two participants, a woman wielding dual swords, both made of bright light, remains an unknown entity - but the buzz over the conflict that took place earlier this week remains focused on the aftermath!

"I've gotten more business in two days from people coming by to take a crack at it than I have in two months," said the owner of the convenience store whose windows took the brunt of the damage from the fight. Out in front on the sidewalk is a metal sword lodged deep into the curb, surrounded by curious citizens taking turns at selfies and futile attempts to yank it free.

"Would it cause a diplomatic incident to say what pulling it out would mean?" he continued. "Everybody knows what the Sword in the Stone does, anyway."

The accidental attraction has a limited window, as the owner of the sword is expected to make a full and quick recovery. By the time of this publication, it's likely to have been collected.

NIGHT OF THE WODEN COUNTENANCE
As seen on news channels in all imPort cities:
Heads started turning at the sight of new gods appearing in the porter cities over the past few days. Unlike other gods like the imports Persephone and Lucifer, they haven't been appearing in clubs, but instead have reflected traits of one of the more reclusive imports -- Woden. Appearing with a "Nordic" theme, some imports have shown up closer to extras from a Sci-Fi movie. Some even said they say a glowing, eight-legged horse eating their petunias in Heropa!

Authorities ask that you please don't hesitate if you see any of these self-styled (and they are very stylish) gods committing any crimes, to please alert them promptly. Possibly for selfies.

KLAV AT IT
As seen in local newspapers:
A notorious face in Maurtia Falls' criminal underground is facing felony charges for embezzlement, racketeering, and bribery of a government official. Sireno "Crazy Eyes" Burchard has been a person of interest in several major cases in the Maurtia Falls and Heropa areas, ranging from larceny to first-degree murder.

In 2012 his wife suddenly went "missing," and all fingers pointed to Burchard as the main suspect. However, no formal charges were ever filed due to a lack of evidence. Many in law enforcement and the DA's office believe he will escape justice again in the face of these new allegations. His ties with all the wrong people run too deep to prosecute.

But one up-and-coming state prosecutor believes otherwise. Klavier Gavin, an imPort on the rise, is spearheading the charges against Burchard. It will be his first high-profile case, but Gavin seems convinced of his success. He was quoted with saying:

"The stage has been set. The light are in place. Once the evidence is brought to the forefront and properly examined, those who believe Herr Burchard might slip through Lady Justice's fingers will be singing a different tune, I assure you."

The court hearing will be held at the beginning of the new year to set a trial date in January. Burchard's bail has been set at $1 million dollars.

New BlueTube sensation Yuri Plisetsky is taking the internet by storm! Fans of the young figure skating sensation were thrilled with the official launch of his channel which features all original figure skating performances choreographed by the teen. Although some critics have complained about the use of his powers to lend an exciting flare to his videos, even they concede that Plistesky's natural talent is admirable. Plisetsky has also headed off complaints of taking attention off of native talent by featuring young local musicians in many of his videos and has been credited with saying that he is happy to share the stage with these up and coming stars of the music scene.
