[Breaking up the oncoming flood of candidates vying for Ambassadorship is a post that comes in sometime during lunch break, starting with a photo of a stack of business cards that all have this printed on it, sitting on top of a desk:]



I can practice again! I've been able to practice for a while now, it's just today that I got these all printed out. Better late than never, right?

They aren't complete yet, this is just a trial run. I'll add a definition of "lawyer" at the back, for those of us who don't know what that means. (Crash course on lawyers for the people from worlds where it doesn't exist: we study the law and then apply this knowledge to representing you in all kinds of legal matters, especially the courtroom.)

Also, Valentine's Day is coming up, and there's this guy I've been seeing who I'd like to take somewhere nice. Suggestions? I'm not picky.

Of course! They're meant to be passed around anyway, I was hoping to ask you to pick up a few and pass them out to people for me.

Not exactly? If someone you know mentions they have a legal problem, you can pass a card along to them. Other than that it's really up to you.

The coffeemaker I got sucks. When you're back, can you brew a few cups while I look for a better one?

And how's the island so far?

Well, should my skills fail to be up to snuff, I know a few places I can purchase coffee from for you. Will that be acceptable?
As for the island, it's very lovely! The ocean feels like it goes on forever, and the colors in the evening are breathtaking. Most everyone else appears to be enjoying themselves as well, so I would say that so far, everything is a success.

That's more than acceptable. In fact, that qualfies as grounds for an immediate raise and also extra sprinkles on donuts. Hold me to that if I forget, okay?

Thank god. I was a little bit scared for a moment there. [Seeing as this is Odin and all.] I'll be coming by every so often, check up on how things are going. Can't wait to see this island for myself.
