[It's late evening. Obi-wan has gone missing again, though it feels different than last time? She has some things to confirm first however, as her sense in the Force is never that reliable here.]
It's either happening again or something is up. I was suppose to meet with Obi-wan this evening but he's not made it home yet. Trying to contact him gives me... nothing.
That leads me to ask those who care to give me their thoughts: How do you know if a person is just missing and in trouble compared to... returned home by the government?
Thank you.
[That's all. An open question, but also leaving it to others to know he might be gone. Open to Action threads at MF 013]
[Private to Anakin]
Hey, I think Obi-wan might be gone. My...connection to the force isn't as strong here. Can you sense him at all?
[/Private]
[Private to Padme]
I think Obi-wan might be gone. I thought you would like to know so you can...keep an eye on Anakin over this?

[ There's a pause, as Kanan attempts to seek Obi-Wan in a similar way - and fails. ]
I think he's gone. He could come back, though.

Thank you though, for reaching out for him. Maybe he'll come back, maybe not.

Just let me know if there's anything I can do, okay? My door is always open.
text; private;
Thank you though. Talking with someone else, it sounds like this is thankfully different than the start of the year.
I might come visit you and Hera later, though.

You're welcome anytime. Our door is always open to you.

Let's hope it's got nothing to do with what happened before.

I do not mean to take my frustration out on you at this moment, by the way.
[Text]
I only with that I could have discussed the situation with Kenobi, now that I understand what was truly going on.

You nay check the ID on the network. If it's unavailable, it means they were returned home, since the IDs are active for as long an imPort is here.
[Text]
That is good to know though. Thank you. I know around the start of this year we... had a problem with that. Thank you for the information. That was exactly what I was looking for.
[Text]
Many different IDs can be made, but they are only erased when we are gone. I'm glad I could help.
Text from prison
[This time, at least.]

Believe it or not, I wasn't actually placing blame on you for it.
[A second comment is text in a moment later.]
Are you... still broken?

There are many who would say I had been fixed.

Either way, someone's got to go down for it.
[Overkill's guide to problem solving has precisely one chapter.]
[text forever]
It does matter, actually. If he's missing, I would like to investigate into why and where. If he's been sent home, then there is no reason to look into anything.
Re: [text forever]
No reason.
Except why they'd send him home. Suddenly.
[ Come on. It's suspicious as hell. ]

Apparently if they have been returned home their device is inactive. It seems to be connected to the nano tech, which is helpful, in a way.

So...he's gone then? Sorry, losing friends is the worst.
video, immediately upon receiving this
[ She sighs, rubbing her nose with her fingers. Her clothes are shimmering, trying to respond to her emotions despite her attempt to control them. ]
I appreciate the heads up, but how are you? What do you know?
I did not mean to alarm you, Padme. I am okay, I promise. I was reaching out more in concern that something might have happened again. It sounds like this is... different this time though.
So now I'm mostly just worried about Anakin's reaction, though I'm sure he's used to this by now.
[she is okay. Not too upset. Down, yes, and her complex is now going to be lonely, but that's fine. She's used to that as well.]
[ Her smile is small and sad in return, but still gentle. ]
If you are correct, and what is in the Force will indicate it is not a matter of violence on anyone's part, I feel Anakin will be all right, but I will certainly speak to him and make sure all is well.
I'm sorry, though. I know you had found comfort from being close to him again. [ Her own sense of loss she will not speak of, intends to keep hidden and closed. It had been good to see him again, to build back towards what they had had before. ]
[She learned long ago not to gain attachments, but sadly after losing EVERYONE and then gaining them back here, it's a bit harder to say she wasn't attached.]
I'll be fine. I swear. I still have you and Anakin to keep an eye on after all. And Rex is here now. [She almost said it though. 'No attachments'. But she also knows that she doesn't follow that rule well, if at all anymore.] Kanan and Hera also. There are plenty of people still here. Obi-wan has important things to do back home anyhow.
It'll be fine. [It doesn't feel fine, but she's used to this by now.]
[ She'd never inquired too much after Obi-Wan's future. Obi-Wan himself didn't know it, yet. Ahsoka knew some, clearly. Luke had told her a few bits and pieces, enough that she knew there had been too much time spent alone in hiding.
That is not something she wishes to think on now. ]
You were never very good at speaking untruths, Ahsoka. I see that hasn't changed. It will not be fine.
But it will be something we can all live with, and we can hope for his return.
[Private to Ahsoka]
No. He - [There is a long pause.] I don't think he wanted to leave.
