Attention! Attention! Ambassador Logan Delos. Deputy Ambassador Peter Maximoff. Do there have to be bodies before you do anything? Or will we being doing the dirty work?
Those that are committing these abductions. You are guilty of the crime of wrath. You will be found and we will take your hearts, forcing you to confess to these crimes with your own mouth. Robbing the youth of their freedom is an unforgivable offense and all will know who is responsible. Be ready.

I'm curious as to how taking someone's heart forces them into a confession. Wouldn't they be dead?

I believe some would call it an aesthetic. Or a calling card.

[Inconvenient, but also relieving in a way. Dooku would hardly be able to take his revenge if the Phantom Thieves had all been Ported out since they targeted him.]
Tell me, why wrath?
Re: Text
...A public act of aggression is a manifestation of Wrath, Count Dooku. We consider unprovoked kidnappings of a specific age group rather aggressive. Don't you?
Text
It seems to me that a truly aggressive act would be to destroy the target, not seize them. I would characterize these crimes as more covetous than wrathful, myself.
But of course, I would never presume to tell the Phantom Thieves how to conduct their business.
Text
Perhaps, but considering these people are still missing there are only so many leads. We will uncover the truth and those responsible will answer to the crimes of their corruption.

Or they may give results. This is hardly close to an official calling card--criminals here have seen those from us before. Our methods bring about a change of heart and cause them to confess to their crimes publicly.

But criminals come in a lot of varieties, and a threat like this could cause them to panic and dispose of their victims. Or hurt them out of spite.
