What are the best super-hero* names you've ever heard of? Or the worst, I guess it goes hand in hand.


*Feel free to mention super-villains too. Or vigilantes. Or people who like to have nicknames and wear spandex.

Worst: King Explosion Murder
It makes slightly more sense in the original Japanese but it's just not a very good Hero name.

It would be fun to have some kind of code name, I imagine. Do you have one?

I'll be honest, I haven't been paying attention to super-hero names. I haven't even thought one up for myself.

I thought that's what most people did when they arrived here.

Good ones... well, I admit I like anything punny. So I called myself "Pun Master" for a while- [ he did not, but look, he is building up the joke ] - but it wasn't as amazing. So I found an even better name.

I became... the Punisher.

Didn't see much of a point. Heroes become legends where I'm from--they tend to just keep their names and roll with it.

[But come on, he can't help it, he has to laugh at that name--at the joke itself.]

Nice. I'm always up for a good punch line.

Black Hat, hands down. Worst villain name I’ve come across.

That would be like me choosing “Suit and Tie” as my hero name- it’s an article of clothing, not a title.

That said, Penguin is runner up.

Worst one is easy. A friend of mine back home goes by "Converse" for his codename. Not because he's chatty or because he is a super math genius. He likes sneakers. Sneakers.

Maybe, but if you know him it becomes the blandest and least creative name ever. Bruh has two closets full of the shoes he stole his name from.
