[ on screen there's a sleeping brittany pointer pup resting on what looks like is a nice, steely grey surface. probably because that would be Bumblebee's leg. poor Rex looks kind of small in comparison, especially since there's a big robot finger petting the sleeping puppy. ]

Finally! Little guy really doesn't know how to not be a little ball of energy. I don't know what Thundercracker was thinking when he decided he wanted him, but I've been taking care of Rex here since the big guy up and left.

[ actually, Thundercracker and the pup are really funny to watch, not that Bumblebee is going to say that. instead Rex just yawns and aww. isn't that a little heart warming. ]

...It's not really that bad.

[ so yeah. it really hasn't been that much of a chore. just exhausting. ]

So what kind of tricks should I teach him? ...Any tips on how I can wear him out faster would be nice too, I guess.

Thankfully, Rex is pretty good at that. We're not up to going outside just yet though.

[ but puppy pads in the corners and such. Thundercracker has his pooch pampered, that's for sure. ]

...Isn't a treadmill meant for humans to use?

You can put the dogs on it. He's still a puppy, so he'll fit.

Hang a treat or toy, turn the treadmill on and he'll chase it.

On a low setting, I take it.

About how long do you think?

Start with five minutes. If he has trouble, you can decrease the time.

Otherwise, it is a lot better to take him out for playtime in the park when you have the time.

If you don't mind, I can help with taking him out on runs in the evenings, once the heat drops off. Or mornings.

[ What's better than having an ultra busy morning making it busier. But really, it's TC's dog. He'd been a decent guardian, and had been... decent in other ways, for, you know, a former Decepticon. She can actually appreciate that kind of history, and his shifted priorities.

Besides, she doesn't mind helping Bumblebee out, too. ]

He probably misses his one back on our Earth a lot. Never would have thought he was a dog person. The big guy's more of a cat person, if you ask me.
