Over thirty years of law to catch up on, plus an entirely different world history to go with it. I must have been crazy to think I could catch up on it in a snap.

If only my Columbia professors could see me now.

Still. Need to remember why I'm doing this. So I can put my legal skills back to use.

Anybody else face any career challenges when they got here?

Eh, I'd call it close enough. Just means I'm no more behind than I'd be if I was from the 21st century.

I'm not sure. I don't have a lot of interest in anything like wills or anything like that, but those and things like contract law are probably more in demand here than anything else.

Gotta pay the bills, yeah. I get it. But you've also got the imPort thing going for you here—you could probably leverage the celebrity lawyer thing to get plenty of clients.

Yeah. Used to be protected by the Batman and the Green Lantern, and the JSA? Not that that probably means anything to people not from there or worlds like it.

Not impossible. Worlds are pretty big, but hell. So is the multi-verse, apparently, and look how many people from the same worlds end up here.

Yeah. I've seen quite a few people from places that are like where I'm from, but not quite the same. Multiversal stuff is pretty nuts.
