[ Some might remember the last time they saw Sabrina she was living in the empty Spellman Mortuary, but the view on the screen today reveals she's returned to her assigned government housing in Maurtia Falls #001. Not that she had wanted to leave her "home", but with it disappearing altogether on her there was very little choice in the matter.

Her expression is contemplative, a low hum can be heard before she speaks. ]

For those of you that come from worlds where you were born with magic— uh, or I guess were given magic powers here...? [ She shakes her head, staring off to the side as her train of thought is derailed. ] Sorry, what I just want to ask is if there's anyone who would be willing to help me hone my own magic?

[ She's had quite a bit to think about since the Diomuhr fiasco. Sorry for nearly getting some people killed. ]

I'm wondering if there's anyone whose magic is primarily based on incantations and is adept at conjurations, too. Since my arrival I've learned that there are so many kinds of magic, something I honestly didn't know much about back home. I'm hoping I could practice alongside someone whose magic is similar to mine.

[ While Sabrina's opened up more about her witch powers, she's never made a public announcement like this before. It's almost surreal. ]

So if there are other witches, that would be helpful, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a witch. Seems like magic comes in all shapes and forms across the universes and still operates similarly in some places.

[ But, he has been a vampire for a while, hasn't he? So he's seen friends and family pass on at some point, she thinks. It has her wondering if that will ever be the case for her and her own friends.

But that's only if she signs the Book of the Beast. ]

It doesn't bother you at all, even with healing?

[crassidy]

[She should totally sign, then she can join the oold as balls club and be sad about mortals always dying.]

Nah, never been a bother, why would it?

[melodramagic]

I really don't know how anyone can drink that much. I think I would get sick.

[crassidy]

Drink a bottle a day for over a century and you'll get there. Throw in a few horse tranqs as a light snack, heh. Point is, love, do anything enough times and you'll probably get used to it.

[melodramagic]

Don't you want to do other things? If you're immortal, then you must be able to do whatever you want.

[crassidy]

I'm not really the ambitious sort, I'll be honest with yeh. All this learning new stuff sounds like a lotta hard work to me.

[melodramagic]

But then... what do you want out of your life?

[crassidy]

Uh. I dunno, I probably got enough. Not really thought about it. Do y'have to want something?

[melodramagic]

Well... I'm imagining it must be hard to live so long and not have something I want to do or need to do.

For me, at least.

[crassidy]

Yeah, well you're a driven lass. Nothin' wrong with that. You're going places.

I've not exactly been the sorta fella to aim for much though.

Well... who were you before you became a vampire?

[crassidy]

Huh. [He pauses for thought, face scrunching.]

Back then, if you were dirt poor and Irish, yeh weren't much of anything. Never really had any goals that I remember. Suppose me goal now is to have fun and try not to die.

[melodramagic]

Isn't that difficult for vampires anyway? Dying.

[crassidy]

Not when the sun is involved. And that's sorta everywhere during the day.

[melodramagic]

Even here?

[crassidy]

Yeah, that's one part of me 'powers' I wouldn't mind losing, I'll be honest, love. But yeah, get me out in the sun and I'm a proper barbecue. They put me in Heropa when I first got here, funny bastards.

[melodramagic]

Were you okay? Or did you have to wait until night?

[crassidy]

Mostly see me out at night anyways, tends to be that way when the sun literally sets yeh alight. But it ain't all bad, any sorta cover or shade works, so's I was okay in Heropa. The beach was nice. [Beat.] They ever put you in that city?

[melodramagic]

When I first arrived, but then I was relocated to Maurtia Falls quickly.

[ A lopsided grin. ]

Florida is too sunny for me.

Hah, it's that fair skin, issit? Wouldn't be surprised if you got some Irish in there somewhere.

[melodramagic]

There were witches in Ireland... probably still are.

[crassidy]

That don't even surprise me, we got vampires over there too. Obviously.

yeh some. idk many of em. not evn sure wat happend to the hag who bit me
they got their own groups n watever. u witches stick in groups or u more hidin alone in huts sorts?
