[ Gold. Hopefully you like gold, because you will see a lot of it. Heavy golden walls behind a large golden throne. Comfortably seated within? A potentially new face, looking pleased and overall just friendly enough despite being clad in full armor, complete with large, horned helmet and holding a golden spear in his hand.
Can you possibly see through illusions? Then enjoy Loki occupying a regular living room while casually holding a broom. He's just here to deliver a show, really. The armor and helmet are real, however.
After permitting the image to settle for a moment, he finally speaks. Loki's initial words are measured carefully. ]
Mortals of this realm.
[ He raises from his throne and takes a step forward before settling into a meaningful pose. ]
You have earned yourself the protection of a god.
[ You get another moment to take this in. Or just enjoy looking at this god. Then, all of Loki's dignified behavior and display slips away in favor of a wide, open grin and his unoccupied hand gestures lightly. ]
They could have just asked, though. You know? Instead of just pulling me here and--
[ He lets that trail off with a dismissive wave of his hand. Let's not talk about that, okay? ]
I am Loki. Rightful King of Asgard.
[ That same hand that has just been gesturing dismissively is now placed over his own chest as Loki offers a bow to his audience. ]
And I look forward to serving you.
[ For his roommates at Nonah #004: Your living room is currently stuck under an illusion. You will find yourself stepping right into Asgard's throne room. It's painfully golden. Enjoy your new Asgardian pest. ]

But, oh, Jane. You're getting a massive eyerolling for that. And a snarl. Do you have to call him out like that? ]
And yet, despite the Bifrost being shattered he somehow managed to return for me. How convenient.
[ Okay, he knows how this somehow would work. But Jane likely doesn't. Just give her the impression that Thor could have returned any time he had wanted. Yet didn't. ]
Video
But, yes, she did have to call him out like that. He'll get over it.]
You do know what I study, right? What led me to Thor in the first place? These things called "anomalies". Or what you might call, the Bifrost or the use of dark matter or energy. I can put two and two together. Convenient is not a word I would use.
[She's not going to admit that it did sting when Thor left again without so much of a word, especially when she was shuffled off to a 'safe house' in the places Loki was likely familiar with, especially when he already knew about SHIELD and proved capable of getting into their bases and disguising himself. Seriously. Coulson did not think that one through.]
Video
I will admit that Thor can be quite the anomaly.
[ Not the point she has been making, but he doesn't care. ]
Video
Same with you. Where did all that gold come from? And do you polish it every day?
[If she could make a face and not seem childish, she would.]
Video
[ Yeaaaah, maybe just a tad bit dark. ]
Video
There wouldn't be nearly enough to do a decent job, as if leather is a good polisher anyways.
Video
[ They both know he really would just love to see her dead. Even though it would be more satisfying if he could use such an act to get to his brother. ]
Video
[She is needling and probably poking a sleeping bear, but if he really wants her dead, she wants to know why. She wants it to be more than just because Thor took a fancy to her, or some other means to an end.]
Video
[ No. But you are the reason why Thor had managed to return to Asgard. And that return had ended with Loki finding himself swallowed by a wormhole.
The list of what he blames on you is long, Jane. ]
Video
[Mistaken blame, of course. She might have helped him get to Asgard once more, but that was because he earned his powers back and because Heimdall heeded his call. He could have done that with anyone he met. Oh, and his friends came down to help too.]
Are you going to blame me for New York too?
Video
[ She wasn't there, but someone else was. ]
I could blame your old friend for that, however.
Video
He should have gotten a medal for that. Even brainwashed, he still fought against you.
Video
[ Just a mild thread with a sour tone. Though he won't tell her what he has been able to learn from this man. ]
Video
How about you thank me when I figure out a way to get us home and we part ways quietly?
Video
We are an ambitious one, are we not?
[ He will just openly doubt her. ]
Video
[He was hardly the first one.]
Video
You will fail.
Video
[What does he have to say about that?]
You don't have to go back if you don't want to. Might do you some good, staying in a different world.
[She and Thor could have figured out the whole Aether thing without him.]
Video
[ Yes, he's making a face right now. ]
That's ridiculous!
[ And please, Jane. Don't tell him that he died for naught there. That'd be rude. ]
For once, I am inclined to agree - If this were a different world.
[ And not just a copy of Midgard. ]
Video
Because math is a way to express how the universe works! So what if it's not through magic or your advanced technology? I still proved it!
[Nah, she is keeping that close to her chest.]
Trust me, it's a different world.
Video
[ Does he sound disapprovingly disgusted? Why, yes. He sounds disapprovingly disgusted. ]
And I mean a different world from this different world.
Video
Well, sorry my world is a few thousand years behind yours. Give us some more time. We'll pull off something that will blow your mind.
You should have a lot of choices, once I get a portal we can control up and running.
Video
Oh, I will be waiting for that. Shall I ask how far you have come in a century or two?
Video
Video
The Bifrost was not developed. It was created.
[ obviously. ]
