If you have some kind of healing power, I have a couple of questions.

What can you heal and are there any side effects, to yourself or to others?

Sounds like an energy exchange, via quantum reality.

It sounds like either magic or advanced physics.

Whatever it is, I never had it before this place.

That does seem to happen to a lot of people. Even those of us who had powers before end up with alterations, usually.

So it's a difficult adjustment for everyone.

So far as I've seen, yes.

Some like it more or less than others. But, its a strange new world for everyone.
