[ When the video starts, it's obvious Henry's in his room, which is not where he'd prefer to be. With it being the weekend, he'd much rather be outside exploring De Chima a little more, but today it's just really gloomy outside and it looks like it might rain any second. That's not necessarily a deterrent, but it's the kind of weather that's more conducive to relaxing indoors and watching movies. So, that's what he's been doing until relocating back to his room for the time being. He hasn't really had a chance to meet as many people on this network as he'd like, so that's what compels him to speak now.
Mostly he just has questions.
Questions are a good way to start a conversation, right? ]
I was wondering...does anyone else have experience with...healing? Not the kind of healing where you fix someone's broken bones, or cuts or anything. But where you fix their...heart, I guess? Their mind. Empathic healing, it said in my packet. So I should be able to make someone feel better if they're sad or scared, or upset in some way. I just was wondering how many other people can do that, too.
[ He really likes the idea of that, but it's not as straightforward to him as his other power (even though it makes sense to him, of course): forcefields. He hasn't tried either yet, but forcefields are something you can see, you know what you're doing and if it's working. ]
I'm Henry, by the way. I live in De Chima, and my mom's here - well, one of them - so that's pretty cool.
Do you like where you're living right now? What do you like to do for fun?
Oh, and if you're living in De Chima too, where can I get the best pizza?

I guess that's kind of like one of the abilities I have. Other than the one you saw before. It said I would be able to sense and eventually project emotions in animals and people.
[ But uh, given her own issues she's having a little trouble dealing with the emotion thing; she hasn't touched it. As for the latter, she looks around, turning the phone so he gets a view of her nice empty apartment. ]
It's okay, I guess. It could be worse.
[ It could be falling apart, not finished, drafty, full of zombies - full of jerks.. the list goes on. This was luxurious by comparison. ]
[ Video ]
But he...really wishes she could be closer, because her apartment just looks...so lonely. ]
Have you tried out that power yet? I don't think I could really...hurt anyone with mine, but I still kind of worry a little.
I really wish you didn't live alone, though.

And I live in Heropa! It's pretty great. There are a ton of craft stores! And the best candy store in the entire country. That's just my opinion, though! [Her totally biased opinion.]
video
Hi! Yeah, it...I think it really could be, it just seems a little trickier than a forcefield. [ Takes more thought, obviously, since you're getting into someone's head. ] Do you think some of those people would mind me talking to them, if you told me who they were? [ He gets that not everyone might appreciate having their name dropped around with a stranger they haven't spoken with themselves yet. ]
I know some other people who live there, I hear it's a nice place. What kind of candy do they have at that store, like...everything possible?

[Have an image of a teenage girl in some sort of workshop, dressed in coveralls, with her hair tied back under a green bandana. She's smiling.]
I have healing powers, too, but yours are different than mine. [Winry kind of likes the idea of healing someone's heart.]
I don't know what pizza is.
[ He, of course, wonders what she's doing in that workshop, but he'll save that question for a little later. First things first: ]
Oh, that's cool you can heal, too, though. Even if it's different. Have you used it much yet?
[ He is, admittedly, a little distressed on her behalf about the pizza thing. ]
You've...never heard of pizza? [ His eyes widen a bit, like she's just told him some terrible news. And really...it kind of is. ]

That sort of counts, doesn't it? I mean there's also- I mean theoretically someone could implant thoughts or feelings into someone's mind and make them feel a certain way, but that's really difficult to do. It's not really empathic, though.

I lived in New York for about a year with my mom. [ Well, the mom who's here with him in De Chima, specifically. ] So I'm pretty picky, but I'll definitely let you know.
Where did you live, before you got sent here?

[ now to answer the questions except that last one ] I'm staying in Heropa right now, and I work as Bookstore Clerk and it's sort of what I do for fun too, since I like books.
I've been separated from my family a lot lately, so yeah, it's nice that one of my moms is here. [ He wishes Regina were here, too, but he'll take what he can get. ]
I love to read. What are some of your favorite books?

Basically, you take dough - a special kind of dough - and roll it out so it's round. And pretty big. You add some sauce, kind of like spaghetti sauce, but...a little different. Then you load it up with cheese, and you can add other stuff like pepperoni, sausage, onions. There are lots of options, but just plain cheese is my favorite. It's...amazing.
Hang on, I'll text you a picture of what it looks like.

Not in my power set, but there are people with a similar power back in my world.
Nice to meet you, Henry. I'm Power Girl.
video
Nice to meet you!
I really...like the idea of it, it just seems a little tricky because it's someone's emotions, and what's going on in their head, and I'm not sure how it will actually feel when I help them. Do you know much about how those people handled it?
[ Oh, and: ]
I bet your powers are really cool, though. [ He's sure they are. ]

[ Though...his moms aren't together, and since she said 'dads and not 'dad and step-dad' or anything, he's assuming her dads are together, but just to be sure: ]
Are your dads together?
Have you tried using your power yet?
I haven't tried it yet. I was a little...worried, I guess, because I don't wanna mess up and hurt someone worse accidentally.
[ Though...he really likes the idea that he could be a comfort to someone, in a way, with actual powers that could make it better. ] And...I should definitely talk my mom into taking me there. I've met some other people from Heropa, too, it sounds pretty cool.

You can heal hearts?
[She tells herself not to get her hopes up that it will help in Anna's situation, but she can try, can't she?]

I haven't tried it yet because I'm afraid I might...make it worse, accidentally.
