[ a hooded man clad in a visor with a single, ruby-colored lense appears on the screen. ]
Good afternoon, my name is Scott Summers, a representative of the Mutant Nation of Krakoa. That might not mean much to you here, and while I don't understand my reason for being brought here against my will, I want you to know that willing to help all of you with whatever problems this world is having. I've... had some experience with different timelines and alternate universes before.
But I need to be clear, that while I'm willing to help all of you, my first priority is and always has been the safety of my people. I come from a world where it has not always been easy to coexist. As is often the case, homo sapiens of our planet tend to attack the things they fear and don't want to understand. If any of your people here in Heropa are any indication, though-- Miss, I already answered your question about my underwear-- I don't think I have muchh to worry about.
I'll save you all from the 'To me, my X-Men,' spiel, but if there are any of mutants out there who know me, I'm really hoping that we can talk.

First? We're not your X-Men. Second, maybe stay away from my team. And third? I don't know what world you come from that mutants have made a THIRD mutant nation, you're going to get blown up. Because we always do.

From what I've heard, the X-Men aren't exactly a desirable team to be on. Unless you like being used as cannon fodder.

[Which, weirdly, he actually is grateful for. It's also something he's somewhat familiar with, considering Sith are hardly steadfast allies- it's expected they'd leave one another to die if it meant preserving their own forces.]
But I can't help but notice your reception is more...confrontational than most. Should I be concerned?

How loosely are we defining "mutant", here? Because my reservoir condition is technically a mutation, but the only power it gives me is supermigraines.

Before we begin, I should clarify that I am not responding due to a sense of responsibility.
I fulfilled my obligations to you some time ago, Scott Summers.
And it is questionable whether I would consider myself one of "your people."

...Sincerely.
[She realises it could come off as sarcastic, but she means it, despite not having the best impression of the X-Men so far. Mutants have clearly dealt with a lot of shit, and if this place - Krakoa - makes things better for them, she wishes it all the best.]
Will the kids be safe now, do you think?

Humans are narrow-minded little critters, aren't they? Always making such a scene when something more interesting than them shows up. I can almost understand it--must be tough, being so lackluster.

I want to defend them. We all spent most of our lives doing just that. I'll defend them here, too. But if there are any of them who feel the same way about us as they do back home, then I don't regret knowing what my priorities are.
