Hello.

My name is Jean and after reading through your posts here, I thought it might be a good idea to utilize this space to introduce myself and put feelers out for those who might know -- or know of -- me. Establish where our paths might have crossed, if at all, and maybe learn about your experiences here.

[ Her tone softens and warms significantly, less formal and introductory now: ]

I'd be interesting in learning about your experiences here even if we don't know each other, actually. Don't be shy.

[ A moment after posting this to the network, Jean broadcasts a telepathic message to those whose brain patterns and engrams are distinctly mutant asking those who might receive the message to get in touch. (No telling how far that message reaches, just given there are mutants from different universes and whatnot - feel free to do with this what you will!) ]

[There was an initial, very hostile response feeding back at her once a certain Sith had been an unintentional recipient of that second communication of hers, but it subsided after just a few moments.

And it was very much not a coincidence that the Sirh in question was only responding just after that backlash had stopped.]

It has been eventful to say the least. And varied.

Being compelled to sing and dance on one end, fending off armageddon on the other. And it's been less than a year.

[But, as this stranger had clearly been keen on keeping another topic secret, Nox does switch to a more private conversation to avoid any prying eyes.]

As for your other request, I believe you have made a mistake. The gravity of which I am not sure you are aware of.

To be clear, this is not a threat,
but a warning. You are not the only one with a presence in my mind. And you do not wish to be mistaken for one of the others playing tricks- or worse, to draw their attention.

Advance notice before attempting any mental connection in the future would be appreciated.

I'm not the only one who despised it, so that hardly comes as a surprise.

[And considering he had yet to figure out how to purge any entries from the network, he didn't see the point in hiding it. Besides, the more warning any new arrivals had of this world's...eccentricities, the better]

And no. We do not know each other. Nonexistence of mutants in my galaxy aside, your hair would stand out.

There is also a chance your message found its way to the other force sensitives pulled to this world as well. But with the potential exception of one, the delivery does not involve the same risks.

It did, for some of us. Some had worse alternatives.

[He's still not sure what the hell he got saddled with, or who to punish for it.]

Only two come to mind. One is here, the other killed to prove some ridiculous point or another during my trials. I'm sure there's more, but they don't appear to be common in Imperial space.

And I am just as it says- these devices are matched to us on arrival. While it may be unusual in whatever world you come from, Darth Nox is my name. Or at least the most recent one.
