[ there is no video; only audio: the sounds of what seems to be fiddling in the background, hands moving uncertainly around as he tries to get comfortable where he is and with this technology. sure, he has spent the last few weeks learning. slow, patient, meticulous. but weeks to learn an entirely different world is not much.
and when he feels he has exhausted his resources he finally, finally forces himself to swallow his nerves and post. ]
Good evening. [ he clear his throat, unsure. ] I was hoping to find activities here that would help someone get better acquainted with this world faster. Is such a thing possible?
For those who come from different worlds or times, how did you adapt?

[Humans were predisposed to tools, after all, generally, as long as the person was open enough and had a good mind they should get used to anything in a week or so with enough daily exposure. At least, he felt he had read that somewhere.]
