Sadly, Captain Holiday was put under intensive care not long before I ended up here so I never got to talk to him. But I was hoping some of you might have gotten a chance to contact him before that. If you have, I'd appreciate if you could tell me about your conversations with him.

You don't have to tell me what the conversation was about, I understand a lot of them were confidential. [That word, he hates it. Lois might see it as a sign that she's pulling the right strings but Clark only sees it as a wall he cannot punch or fly over.]

It's really him I'm interested on. If you noticed anything weird in how he behaved, perhaps, or if he was acting completely normal.

[He pauses for a second. And then:]

I'd also be interested in talking with people who've been able to take a look at the Porter, or been in contact with it. I understand it's a privilege to be allowed near it?

Well, there is one piece to your theory that might need to be addressed. This world is riddled with mythological references left and right. The city names are one clue. The names of the various officials. Plus, now we have more reason to look at small towns like Brycha, which are known to have various monster-like creatures (cryptids, specifically).

While a lot of these things can be written off as coincidences, there are so many and so many of them are on our radar that it's difficult to do so.

Oh, and even the Hornets themselves kind of tie into all of that (though I'm unconvinced that their title as "Hornets" may be mythologically linked).

The Porter was something found. It wasn't built. If that Porter somehow links to the metaphysics of this world, it could explain a lot, and it would also explain why the scientists are scraping at the bottom of the barrel for theories.

Which is kind of weird when you stop to consider it. Lachesis was already known back in the City, she was already a reference back there. The references keep popping up in here, to the point where the cities themselves were already a reference right away.

So did Lachesis bring herself to a world were mythology was already present? Is it a coincidence? Or is she somehow modifying this world so it fits her?

Or is the Lachesis here even the same Lachesis?

Everyone seems to assume she is. If she weren't it'd be a very big coincidence.

Has anyone ever asked the government about the references? I'm guessing they haven't, since some of the references come from their people, but still.

Like the odd coincidence of other Porter worlds or that some of us come from worlds where gods do walk the earth, and while I haven't asked my buddy Loki, I'd be willing to bet that Hercules had to deal with Lachesis at some point. We can't ignore the possibility, even if there aren't doubles of us kicking around. [As far as they know.]

We've done some research into them. Did you see Loki's post about the building of the cities?

I guess with the addition of L. Chases we have yet another Lachesis so it's not a far-fetched theory.

Not at all. That wouldn't explain why the government doesn't know, but here we are.

I have it on file! A number of people wrote it off, and Loki's explanation skills sometimes leave something to be desired, so take a look at the comment section.

I always read the comments. And I know Loki enough by now to pay attention to everything he says, so I'd definitely not write it off right away. Has anyone done any progress on tracking the son down?

I don't know that anyone's decided to look into it yet. Maybe ask Loki to see if anyone's decided to take his lead?

I think I might have made the so-called trickster god mad.

I suggested he share information, just like he told me to do. I think he's taken it as an insinuation that he wouldn't, or hasn't.

He can get sensitive about those things. Formerly on the wrong side of the tracks, turned to a life of good and innocence (for the most part). If you haven't met the type, he's a good, shining example of it.

But if you need a mediator, I'm up for playing it!

I do know the type, I know it better than I'd like. But I'll keep it in mind. You two have been mentioned time and time again as sources of information, so I'd love to keep in contact.

We've been working on it for a while, and some of our hypotheses have proved incorrect. I guess you could say. But we do want to help. So, we'd be happy to be kept in mind.

Then I think we'll get along just fine. I plan on keeping contact, if only to share anything this investigation uncovers.

Which I don't think it will be much, but you never know.

One thing I'll say with absolute certainty is that everything I've found has somehow tied together.

Originally, I thought everything was on separate tracks, but not so much now.

I'm just not sure how the Soviet Union ties in yet.

From what I've seen everything is tied up together almost too well. I think that's an indication of someone moving the strings behind the curtain. Someone made this world for a purpose and somehow that purpose included us being here.

But that's just a guess for now.

Which, to tie everything back together, brings us back to Lachesis!

It does seem like the most obvious answer. But as far as I know we have no way of proving she's the one behind all of this world-bulding, do we? From what I've been told she mostly ports us in and out, and she used to bring us to other worlds as well.

If there were any record of the things she said before, but then, that'd involve someone having the foresight to keep it and bring it here.

But I know of a man who may have done that. Tony Stark.

I suppose we should contact him, then. I plan on talking to Mr Stark since it seems like he could have a lot of information, but I have never talked to the man. If you know him, maybe he'd be more happy to answer to someone he knows?

We're not on the friendliest of terms, but I can see if he's actually willing to divulge anything.

I just won't play to his ego.

[And ... she doesn't know Clark, not really, but he strikes her as the type at least capable of that.]
