002 ♥ VIDEO ♦ Patter
[His massive castle city of cards that takes up almost his entire cell is finished, and visible. Infact, that's all you see is towers and towers of cards to the point that it's difficult to tell this is a Government Holding Cell at all. Quite the feat, one of utmost patience and concentration. Perhaps it- and the few visitations he's had are all that's keeping him from going over the edge in here. Though, that's pushing it. Were his Nen active and his aura accessible, his bloodlust would be felt all around him and over a wide distance. You can hear it in his speech, how tired and strained he is, though it's obviously he's speaking through a slim smile.]
What is your New Years resolution? [Something he's learned is quite a thing in this world, though doesn't everyone make goals for themselves? Guess people need a reason for everything they do- effort is quite difficult to come by when disinterest lingers around.]
I'd like to know what sort of things people here work for. [Like how he worked to finish this ridiculous town of cards, for example. Certainly showing a lot of effort there- or boredom.]

Re: private
It might be better but actual anger from him is a rarity. Being disregarded is one of the few things that does incite him. Apart from that trigger irritation is a far more likely response than outright anger. He'd have to care more to be easily angered.
There's certainly less chance of it happening again if Hisoka is going to sweet-talk him like that. It may well be deliberate flattery but it still works to smother the last embers of anger and bring back a smile of his own.]
You flatter me. [Not really. He is impressive. But his ego appreciates it all the same. Feel free to keep it up!] Under the right circumstances I wouldn't be adverse to providing something more than just an appearance.

[That makes both of them then. Hisoka's only ever annoyed if anything, but mad? It's not just rare, it seems to never happen. He finds it quite amusing when other people are though, even tries to prompt it.]
Oh, a demonstration? [Leans in a little, still can't be seen though, but his voice is definitely closer and definitely interested.]
[He'll flatter you- sometimes. Here and there. When he feels like it. When it gets him what he wants.]

Good. Be interested. He'd hate to think he was wasting his time. A pity a real demonstration is out of the question. This world and the people in it are just too restrictive for such things.]
Under the right circumstances. Naturally I'd expect something in return.
[Nothing's ever free. And the interest does go both ways, it would be a shame not to take the opportunity.]

Perhaps sometimes- after the tenth?
[The mutual interest is good, he likes that, prefers it. Even if it's a bad interest, even if the other individual hates him, both is good, the attention is good. Wasn't he speaking to Kimblee for another reason?]
[Hm.]
no subject
I don't see why not.
[Only a couple of weeks. That would pass quickly enough and, of greater concern, shouldn't conflict with any personal business he had.]
no subject
I'll try not to get too excited, wouldn't want to get my hopes up. I'd rather end up surprised.
no subject
I look forward to it.
