"All we'd need" is easier said than done. I'm assuming you're hoping to negate the possession, which I'm going to stop you while you're ahead. Quisma is a good guy, and if he is there, breaking any kind of hold he has on Holiday could kill him.

If he's a good guy, then why's he possessing Holiday? I'm not familiar with that bit of history.

Because he might be dead. It's possible that it was a last minute arrangement. He and Holiday used to work together.

Trust me, if Loki, me, Noh-Varr, David, and Billy couldn't do it, it's iffy. Add in Thomas, and it doesn't make it better, just slightly easier. Then there's the factor others have brought up. Why is he being kept in maximum security, and is that to keep people out, or keep someone in? Odds are, nullification would mess things up.

The fact that powers can't be used around you would make it even harder for you to even get in to where Holiday is sleeping.
