Right! Okay, I'll see you soon. [And she'll turn off her feed to quickly get ready.

Flame Princess is waiting outside when Gamagori arrives, carefully dressed in foil like she usually is, these days. She is smiling a little bit, though. Even if the circumstances leading up to it were embarrassing and... definitely not on the best platform. But he didn't reject her! In fact, he said he'd enjoy going out with her! So, that's something to be happy about, at least.]

[He'll drive up of course, his pink Cadillac as gaudy and well maintained as ever despite his driving tendencies.]

[It's difficult to look at her when he sees her smiling like that and as soon as he's in park he's glancing to the side, his eyes unsure about looking up, or down, and his face going red. Maybe in person is- more difficult- still, he feels like it's more respectful and sincere to do it face to face. And there's probably some things they should talk about just in case... Considering his past and his still lacking knowledge of hers.]

Hello Princess. [Said as he finally moves to get out and will go to open the door for her. Facing her now- it's difficult not to smile, and he finally does, pulling in a deep and steadying breath.]

[There are definitely things they should talk about. Not just in regards to their lives before they met one another, but also exactly how this - relationship? Yes, relationship - is going to work. She already knows a decent amount about what they can and can't do, thanks to her time with Finn, but it's still something worth discussing.

She takes a deep breath before heading over to Gamagori and his car, still smiling.]

Hi Gamagori. [Should she hold his hand? She kind of wants to, but she still needs to get inside of the car, and he'll be going back to driving in a few moments, anyway. So any hand-holding can probably wait for later. She steps inside the car, sits down, and... can't really think of anything to say right now.

Though, it's a bit hard to think of something to talk about right after confessing that she likes Gamagori. And any more talk about that should probably wait until they're in his apartment, too.]

[Like, the hand holding and kissing and any touching what so ever, yes that might be something worthy of discussing. Though honestly he isn't worrying about that at all, infact, he hasn't even thought about it. Flame Princess would actually be rather used to burning him here and there, and oddly enough Gamagori barely ever flinched let alone complained.]

[With that he'll shut her door and move to his driver's seat. Another door movements, seatbelt, and rev later, they're moving but, they won't be heading to his apartment or towards it. Instead he just- drives, and will head a little out of city. Stays- quiet too, hopefully Flame Princess won't be too nervous about the silence because Gamagori is actually-

really calm.]

[The drive is helping, calms his nerves, likes the scenery too, bright, still day light. He's always worried about the wind hitting her too hard but is unsure if it'd be good because wind tends to just feed fire, or bad because what if it hurts her? Either way, thankfully isn't going too fast and will adjust should she say anything about it.]

[Ten minutes out and he'll finally say something if she hasn't yet herself. He was calm but, he did have to work up to saying something a little. After all it's- a big thing for him and his ego does still feel a little bruised from her asking him first.]

I'm very happy you told me, Princess. [A sigh, both hands tight on the steering wheel, looking forward with that unnecessary ever intense furrowed brow frown.] But perhaps there are some things to discuss- not that I am suggesting we rethink think.

Just that we are better prepared. [He wouldn't be so serious were this at home, were it with someone who knew about what happened, what he was, did... But he respects Flame Princess and knows she values honesty.]

[Flame Princess doesn't mind the drive, honestly. It's calming, but in a different way than it is for Gamagori. The wind feeds her fire and it feels... nice. Soothing. And that's why it's easier to relax and not worry about the silence between them. It doesn't feel awkward, not really. It just sort of is. They're both silent, but the drive so far is pleasant. Flame Princess doesn't feel a need to fill the silence with whatever thoughts go through her head - she's comfortable like this. And it seems like Gamagori is, too.

She looks over at him once he speaks up, though. She almost begins to worry when he mentions needing to discuss things, but those feelings don't last long, as he quickly makes it clear what he means.

She nods, and glances back at the road ahead.]

Yeah, we probably should. I guess we both have some stuff to say to each other. [At this point, she isn't just thinking of the issues that would come with physical contact, either.]

[A nod, going quiet again as he pushes on, going a bit further till he can find a nice place to park. It'll end up being on a side street by a residential area, nice, not a lot of traffic and despite the trees there's a nice sky view.]

[He parks.]

[Sighs.]

[And rests a hand on the door of the car, window down.]

You have enjoyed my company for my morals and honesty, but things were different for me as well as the other Devas before we arrived here. [Closing his eyes, nodding his head a little.]

He dedicated ourselves to a goal and to roles necessary to change things, and because of it I've done things most would not be proud of. [He won't say he isn't proud of it though. He's proud of all he has done with Honnouji, the Devas, Satsuki. But killing people for that goal? Maiming, torturing? It definitely isn't something people usually are proud of.]

[Flame Princess is content to stay quiet and watch the scenery go by, until Gamagori finally parks. She looks back at him once she hears him sigh, and listens carefully as he begins to speak again. ... Hm. She understands doing things most people wouldn't be proud of - and she's certainly done plenty that she isn't proud of, which... she'll have to tell him about, too, when the time comes.]

What did you do?

[A thoughtful beat, looking away, into the distance as it were.]

I was a member of an elitist school that ruled violently and aggressively over it's surrounding area. Not only have I excessively oppressed others, but I have been driven to commit acts of torture and murder in order to see to the end goal given to us. [A breath, closing his eyes.]

I don't expect to justify what I did, no! But what was done was meant to be a massive and fool proof facade in order to overthrow a parent very much- like what your father sounds like.

It didn't occur to me then, but perhaps you and Lady Satsuki would have much to talk about, should she wish to share and should she arrive here again. But a parent like yours- should they be given power enough- [Goes quiet for a moment, finally looking back at her, his expression serious. The lines on his face- so hard, it's no wonder he gets mistaken for so much older.]

We did, and I did as I had to do. Bloodied my hands for the sake of all man kind.

[She says nothing as he speaks. She doesn't fidget, or look away, she just. Listens.

Aggression, torture, murder, all bad things, but she understands, in a way. Committing horrible actions to stop something even more horrible from happening. Sometimes it has to be done. Flame Princess can respect that, and she's grateful to him for telling her.]

If the person you were trying to stop is as bad as you say - [If they're similar to her father, like Gamagori is suggesting.] - then I get why you did that stuff. If doing all that meant you could stop them from doing bad things and hurting more people... it makes sense. [She goes quiet, and tries to think about what to say before she speaks up again.]

I told you about when I was tricked into burning down the Ice Kingdom, but it isn't usually like that. I just... feel, and then do bad things. [She sighs.] When I was let out of my lamp, a bunch of my subjects were whispering and I got annoyed. So I blasted them into flambits. And when the guy who was trying to date me suddenly said he didn't like me after I did that, I followed him out and tried to set fire to his home. I was doused before I could really burn it down, but when I was back to normal, I went to the Goblin Kingdom and set it on fire to make a new Fire Kingdom. I was confused and hurt because of the stuff that happened, and didn't really understand the outside world or what was going on at the time, but that doesn't make what I did okay.

Everything you did was for a good reason. Everything I've done was because I felt too much. It isn't just when I feel bad stuff, either. [She looks away from him, and focuses on her hands, instead. Frowning at them and the foil they're wrapped in.] The first time I kissed a boy, my body just sort of... flipped out. I burned so hot that I went straight through the ground - I probably would have kept burning through the whole world if Finn didn't save me.

[Flame Princess closes her eyes and shakes her head.] I don't have any good or noble reasons for the things I've destroyed or the people I've hurt. My feelings are what make me dangerous.

Yes. [A nod. Even more bad actually, he hasn't even touched on the matter really. She wanted to pretty much have the entire world consumed after all. Crazy, evil woman.]

[He'll go quiet after that, listening. Realizing now that this moment- would have to be mutual yes. He's assumed there was much more to her past, especially with a father like that. It could lead many astray, confuse them. Lady Satsuki is an extreme case of the opposite. She was driven so heavily by it, against it, even if she seemed not. But, that was all part of the plan.]

[Gamagori can't really begin to understand the sort of world she comes from. It sounds so- different from his own. Ice Kingdom's and Goblin Kingdoms. Different, odd, but simple in a way- almost. If anything Flame Princess just sounds like she was dreadfully lacking in good guidance. Which brings him to his first question. Saving his- concern about that 'kiss' till later... He hadn't even though about how difficult kissing her might be. He's really quite the gentleman.]

You've only mentioned your father, was he the only role model you had?

[She nods once.] Yeah. I have other family members, but I never really saw them as much as my father. My lamp was right above his throne, so all I ever really saw was how he ruled and treated our citizens.

When he and our subjects were done with their business in the throne room, they'd leave. And then I'd be alone. [And so on and so forth. That was all her life was for fourteen years, until she was finally released.]

[That...]

[His brows furrow, sitting back a little, some of the seemingly ever permanent tension dissolving away at how- bad he feels for her. It most likely was easy to get away with keeping his daughter there since Flame Princess has made him aware of the fact that she really doesn't need to eat or anything. So she was just- kept there.]

[A breath and he, glances over. It's hard to keep tired eyes looking at her with how bright she is, glowing through the tinfoil she's had to garb since arriving, had to where in here to not damage his car. And despite looking rather silly, his gaze just looks- fond and concerned. Eventually without so much of a twitch, he'll move his hand over to take hers. The size range between the two almost as ridiculous as that outfit, and the fire still hot enough to feel rather well through the metal but he won't pull away. Sighing as he rubs his thumb over the back of her hand.]

Don't blame only yourself for what you have done. The young only have those older and wiser to look to for guidance. Your faults while still yours, were extensions of your father. You will find the ground harder now after such a pour.

[Flame Princess can't help smiling as Gamagori takes her hand. She wishes she didn't need to keep her hands wrapped- wishes she could intertwine her fingers with his, or at least try to, since his hands are so much bigger than her own. But the foil is a necessity, and it probably always will be when dealing with people who aren't made of fire. Still, much like his words, the touch is comforting to her, regardless of any barrier between them.]

I hope so.

Before I was brought here, it was like I was afraid of my own emotions. I didn't like them, and what they made me do. But I've been feeling okay here. My feelings aren't as scary as they used to be. [There is still a part of her that worries about just how much of an impact her emotions have on her choices and actions, but she hasn't acted out here the way she did in Ooo. Her life on Earth is calmer. More stable. It's been easier for her to keep control of herself.] I even like some of the feelings I have now.

[She glances back at Gamagori, still wearing that shy smile.] And... I like the way I feel about you, too.

[Barrier or not.

Though he wish he could get ahold of the means to help her with this. Not necessarily for hand holding but- for everything. Too bad they have no spell or something for it, right.]

Not only do you learn more about the world around you as you age, but you also learn more about yourself, Princess. I do not doubt it will continue to get easier for you. [A smirk, glancing over to her.]

Even if you should still threaten people from time to time. [Like in his thread, trying to get votes, thanks for that. Though again, he IS smiling right now. He enjoys that side about her, how hot she burns. He's pretty into vibrant personalities.]

Ah- [Annd smile fades. Replaced by a puckered lip frown, flushing, and a swallow as he glances again. His hand doesn't pull from hers though, even tightens a little in his brief silence.]

Yes- me too... [Glance down.] That- brings about a new concern I have. You mentioned burning yourself into the ground. That possibility will pose problematic in a relationship, won't it?

[Ah, right. Now that the other stuff is out of the way, this is probably the best time to talk about how to best approach the issues that would come with physical contact.] Yeah, it makes things pretty hard. But there are ways around it! Like, I can still be okay if I kiss something that isn't flammable - like a rock - and you kiss it back.

[It's about as ridiculous as it sounds, honestly. But it's still a way to kiss without having to worry about destroying the world in the process.] It isn't really the same, but it's nice, and it's not as risky.

[She pauses for a moment.] There's a chance that might not be an issue here. Well, not as big of an issue. [His lips would still end up being burned, after all.] I don't have all of my powers here, so maybe the part of me that made me burn through the ground was taken away too! Though the only way we could find out is if we actually... [She blushes again. Um.] Kiss for real.

But the other way is probably the smarter thing to do.

[Sorry that- does sound really ridiculous. He's not exactly sure what that- if that would..

His brows furrow.]

Hm, I'm not unopen to risky and pain isn't and issue either, though I'm not as familiar with burns. [He says that so sure of himself too. Pain not an issue? Weirdo. Or he's got some power to help?

Psst, he doesn't.]

But if- it would be all right. [Lips pursed, not wanting to sound rude but-] Could we step out of the car first? [He loves his car.]

[Flame Princess blinks as she listens to Gamagori speak. Pain isn't an issue? Odd. But wait, does that mean he wants to... now?

Well, she certainly wouldn't be opposed to kissing him. Especially since they are boyfriend and girlfriend now. So, if he's okay with the possibility of it going wrong, and isn't afraid of being burned, then- yeah! Why can't they try kissing now? And besides...]

Oh! [Right. His car.] Sure, we can get out. [She knows how much he loves his car, and she doesn't want to ruin it in case she does end up burning everything horribly.]

Just give me a second. [And she'll take her hand out from under Gamagori's and start to try unbuckling herself. Rather awkwardly, too. It's a bit tricky when her hands are completely wrapped in foil.]

[He'll start to get out before hearing he have an issue with the buckle. There's a glance, and he turn to lean near her again.]

Allow me, Flame Princess.

[Big fingers or not, still fingers not in aluminum mittens. He unbuckles it easily, leaning close but not close enough to chance a surprise burn or crowd her. He grabs hold of it and reaches an arm over her to set it aside so that when it's pulled back into the seat it doesn't yank any foil with it.]

Give me a moment.

[-To, them get out and get your door for you.]

[She stops once Gamagori speaks and moves to undo her seat belt. She'll wait until he's done with everything - taking care of the belt, getting out of the car, and opening the door for her - before moving again. She carefully gets out of the car, and will wait for Gamagori to close the car door before speaking up again.]

So... how should we do this? [Flame Princess can't exactly get up to his height to kiss him. She can grow larger, but it isn't so much choosing how big she grows as she just becomes a flaming giant. Which wouldn't really help with what they're trying to do now.

But she does reach out to touch his hands, even if she can't actually grasp them.]

[A slightly confused look at that. What does she mean how? Either he's going to crouch over her as he stands or- kneel. He takes the second one. For some reason it makes more sense considering she's royalty.]

[So he kneels, immediately feeling his body heat up and knowing it's not from the person near him. His face despite it's darker tone goes red and his hands squeeze at his sides. Strangely enough, no worry comes to him about getting burned, though he knows it's inevitable. He considers it a test of his tolerance though, he'd like to kiss her more than once in a while... Still, he can;t know how hot she might burn this time...]

[Fingers crossed? Still, he doesn't even consider it, especially when he should have a healer on mind.]

[Try not to get too high of temperature when he looks at you, qurl, when he moves to grab your hand again, both, and does his best at a smile. Despite his face's need to frown when faced with nervousness.]

[Flame Princess can't help but brighten and heat up as Gamagori kneels down so he can be at her height. And it's... hard not to burn even hotter when he takes her hands and smiles at her like that. But she takes a deep breath to try and calm down, so she won't be too nervous or excited.

He'll get burned either way, and he did say that pain wasn't an issue, but still. She doesn't want to really hurt him, or burn him badly enough that he won't want to kiss her again. Assuming the worst doesn't end up happening, anyway. But she'll just... hope that it doesn't.

Once Flame Princess is sure that her temperature isn't absurdly high, she closes her eyes and leans forward to press her lips to Gamagori's.

Here goes nothing.]

[And she would and does- He leans in to close the gap and you can hear it. That tssss sound as they lock. His entire body sets off an alarm to back off, as anyone's might but the pain isn't- too terrible. Less terrible than it might be for most others, though he feels like it wouldn't feel as bad if it wasn't on his mouth. That sound and slight smell but he kisses her back with effort, the only flinch in him at his brow, heavy and wrinkled. Not pulling away, infact- he pulls her a little closer.]

[His hands moving up to slide around behind her, soft in the gesture but holding her close till his fingers and arms might press against areas not completely covered in aluminum.]

[There's a shake finally, his upper body flexing, head going dazed from the stinging at his mouth but he breaks the kiss and-]

Hhnng- ahh-- [God yes.]

[It hurts. Amazing. Lights all his skin up and makes him feel both alive and subjugated by her presence alone. Purposefully or not, with his face red and his upper body tight, he liked it in his own masochistic way. Huffing out a breath a lot more lewd than the romantic moment might call for.]

[Once she kisses him, Flame Princess almost expects for something horrible to happen right away, like it did when she first kissed Finn. But there's no blinding flash of light, no spike in temperature, and the ground is still solid beneath her feet and his knees. Nothing bad is happening. It actually feels nice. Better than nice. Then Gamagori kisses her back, pulls her close, and wraps his arms around her. Yes. Definitely better than nice.

But then he pulls away and... oh. Uh. That was certainly a noise.

Flame Princess opens her eyes and looks at the burns on and surrounding Gamagori's mouth.]

Are you- okay? [She doesn't look unhappy or angry or anything like that. In fact, she's still blushing and smiling a little, although there's definitely some confusion there, too. Flame Princess... really doesn't know what to make of that reaction.]

Nnhh-- yes, I'm okay. [Said as he takes a deep breath and hisses a little from the air touching his lips. Chapped, charred even, he's definitely got burns, more so since he pushed in a little. But that tingling and sudden pain there was mind numbing and- more enjoyable than expected. Than a usual kiss.]

[Still- it leaves- marks and the after pain, while the ache is nice in it's own way, will only prove a nuisance.]

I can kiss you again.

[Said with a low, soft out breath, looking at her with lazy eyelids. Enjoy continuing not to know what to do with the reaction, Flame Princess. Gamagori's expression is- a bit different from the usual. Though when most people are in pain they usually break their norms- just, Gamagori's pain induced feeling and face don't- really suggest anything negative.]

[There's a small sigh of relief once he says he's okay. She was worried about that, and still kind of is. He should probably get those burns looked at when they're done here. But other than that he seems... okay? Good, even. Which is surprising, though not necessarily in a bad way. At least this means he can physically tolerate kissing her.

... And is open to trying again, apparently.]

Yes! [Sounding a little eager there, but well. She really liked kissing Gamagori, and he's still at her level, still holding onto her. So. If he's sure he can handle being burned again, then Flame Princess certainly won't say no.] I mean, okay. I'd like that.
