[The picture comes to life giving any viewers a wide shot of an old, but sturdy looking long building. The walls are a bit overgrown with vines and almost every features seemed to be suffering from one form of disrepair or another. Several trees and bushes surround the structure giving it an isolated, almost disconnected feeling from the rest of the world.

Suddenly Cu Chulainn's excited visage appears on screen in a rush and he flashes a beaming grin.]

Isn't is perfect? Who'da thought a place like this existed in this day and age?

[He suddenly approaches and scoops up the camera and the video shows him entering through a set of heavy ajar doors and into the musty structure. If you thought the outside looked bad, the inside was on a whole new level.

But but if Cu Chulainn noticed, he didn't seem to care. After the cam was set down again he began pacing around and gesturing at the entirety of the place.]

I mean LOOK at this! This place is AAANCIENT! And I'm almost positive it was built over one of the ley lines of the city. Which probably doesn't mean much for most of you but suffice to say it's pretty incredible.

[He turns, hands on hips and focusing all his excitement on the camera once more.]

I'm going to turn it into a pub. [As if that explained everything.] I don't have everything worked out yet, but I just know when its done this place is going to be spectacular!

So come on down and pay it a visit! I'm just outside Muartia Falls. [He gestures towards the corner of the spacious room where several out of place cardboard boxes were stacked high, clearly labeled with various forms of booze.]

As you can see I came prepared!

Yooou got it! I'm thinking of bringing a little of my cultural flavor to this land.

Specifically, to an old building built on a ley line.

Well that's just an added bonus. Mostly the building and local are what has me smitten.

But with the natural energies of the world flowing underfoot, that could open a few opportunities.

Is your pub going to do food?

In the future you can count on it.

Sadly at the moment the place isn't equiped for cooking. But if people want I could pick up some take out.

How much is it going to cost me to get there from Florida?

[he could use a drink but he has to consider his finances too]

Hmmm. Well not accounting for powers, you could use the import transport system. Weird bit of tech, but it gets ya where ya want to go.

Then if you haven't a vehicle, just the fare of a cab I suppose. There's no cover charge.

Uh, what's so special about that building? [No. Ley lines mean absolutely nothing to this guy.]

You can't see it? It's a place of history and the age gives it power.

Plus it reminds me of home.
