He's dressed in some stupidly bright neon yellow and green outfit, but the shadows definitely cover a majority of this individuals face. Nothing out of the norm for a guy like him.

But when he opens his mouth to talk, it doesn't… sound quite like Dio, to those who would know his voice well enough, but more like if Dio suddenly had a cold.]
