With the understanding that this is a network of some type, I'm looking to get into contact with a Mr. Qubit. He assisted myself and my colleague on arrival, and circumstances at the time weren't conducive to exchanging contact information.

In addition, if there's any available information on technical or research institutions located around the occupied cities, any direction would be appreciated.

Finally, if any other members of the PPDC exist here, I'd request them to get in contact immediately.

His are biological in nature. One of them is highly problematic.

It's part of that long story I mentioned before, but in essence, Newton's blood is.. highly toxic.

It's driven by a need to understand his new capabilities and limitations. Even so, the methods leave something to be desired.
