With the understanding that this is a network of some type, I'm looking to get into contact with a Mr. Qubit. He assisted myself and my colleague on arrival, and circumstances at the time weren't conducive to exchanging contact information.

In addition, if there's any available information on technical or research institutions located around the occupied cities, any direction would be appreciated.

Finally, if any other members of the PPDC exist here, I'd request them to get in contact immediately.

It was the only vulnerability we managed to discover, and faced with extinction-level events, a risk we were forced to take.

[There's almost definitely a tsunami heading for both shores actually, but given the Pacific coastlines lie mostly abandoned, he doubts the effects of them will be too far-reaching. Perhaps the Coastal Wall can finally accomplish something other than cowardice- or else crumble. Either outcome has its merits and it's overall a better alternative to the increasing size and number of the Kaiju coming through]

And it does make the Cold War here seem almost trivial in comparison. However, I find the unpredictability and potential volatility of the 'imPort' population equally concerning.

We're not a perfect group, no.
There are a good number of imPorts who are trying to do good, however.

Yes, I have no doubt of that. Unfortunately, myself and my colleague are not the combat type, even with our new abilities, so the most we can do is attempt to avoid trouble.

[Newton's not good at that, but he prays the man is smart enough to avoid picking fights with other imPorts of unknown capabilities]

Mostly to stay out of trouble. Obey the law or you get charged.
In our case they disable our powers during probationary periods. I imagine a lot of people want to avoid that.

Disable? How on earth does the government manage that?

I believe it has to do with the nanites.
That said you're only looking at nullified powers and power dampeners if you're a criminal.

There's been a few people who've been arrested previously.
There's one person I know personally. I'm not comfortable giving out her name so easily, but I can ask first if she would be willing to speak with you.

A crime.
There's a number of people who are threats here that are walking around freely.
I imagine it would depend on who was notified and the dangers of that individual.
