With the understanding that this is a network of some type, I'm looking to get into contact with a Mr. Qubit. He assisted myself and my colleague on arrival, and circumstances at the time weren't conducive to exchanging contact information.

In addition, if there's any available information on technical or research institutions located around the occupied cities, any direction would be appreciated.

Finally, if any other members of the PPDC exist here, I'd request them to get in contact immediately.

for what it's worth, i've got this that'll make it a little better than nothing. it's mostly just observation and a few months out of date, but that's mainly what we gathered before.
