Test 001 | [Text]
[It's been a couple weeks since Mewtwo's arrival to DeChima and he's spent a lot of it exploring his so-called new home. He wouldn't have bothered looking into the network were it not for the fact that the few people he met and left a more-than-negative-but-not-positive impression on him.
Communicating and being social aren't things that come naturally to an experiment like himself. But he had information he wanted and sending a mass text would get more results than flying and polling human after human. The less contact with humans the better.]
it's been a few days since I came here and it's obvious that I won't leave soon.
there is only one thing you need to know about me. I am unable to speak like most of you that is why I'm using text. you can call me Mewtwo. that's all.
there are a few things I want to know.
one. how many out there are with psychic moves or powers? I met one so far.
two. are there any prominent scientists in this region?
three. I want to know everything about the flying types in this region: all their names, their abilities, and why all of them have feathers.

I actually resist psionics, kinda the nature of bein' on the dark side.
[He pauses a moment and tilts his head.]]
what do you mean by flying 'type'? You talking about birds or something?
[text]
[A dark type? It's still a relief from the majority of humans here.]
is that what they call those feathered flying types? birds?
[Text]
That's neat.
Yes they're birds. Why do you call them types?

2. In what field?
3. You might be better served by borrowing a birdwatching guide from the library.
text
2. genetics...anything dealing with living things and cloning.
3. birdwatching? you mean the flying types.
text
Yes, that's what we call them. They're birds. Except for bats.

the way you use it is a little awkward
either way given how comprehensive the answers you seek are
you might try asking them here
[ She means it genuinely, Google was invaluable to her when she was first trying to figure out what the deal was with Earth. ]

Could you clarify psychic? And what kind of scientist?
no subject
psychic like telepathy, lifting objects, reading minds.

video;
Hello Mewtwo, that's an interesting name! Unless it's not very interesting where you're from, and then I probably sound silly just now, but it's not like a name that I've heard, so perhaps there's something of a middle ground as far as interesting goes, I mean, I don't think it's an all or nothing sort of statement.
Hm, psychic like speaking in your mind? That's a very interesting proposition, back home, there have been Templatists who've been trying to work out a gene coding like that for ages, although just personally, I think that'd make for both a very quiet and very noisy world to live it! Isn't it strange how you could theoretically have both, and both are true?
Do you like feathers, dear? I can certainly give you some, any pattern you want.
text
...it's a unique name. I never heard anyone else with it.
speaking in mind yes.
are these templatists...making something? what do you mean by gene coding?
[He's too interested in that to answer the other questions.]

[Except... well Donald Duck doesn't really count as a conventional bird so maybe she shouldn't bring him up.]
My best friend can fly sometimes, but he doesn't have any feathers. I don't think he's tried here, I haven't asked him.

...are you his trainer?
