[The video begins sometime around sunset, evidently from a rooftop. It's where he'd watched fireworks with Naruto last month, so it seems a fitting context to make this post.]

It would seem to be customary among imPorts to announce the departures of those they knew.

Uzumaki Naruto has been ported out, either temporarily or permanently.

[He almost ends the transmission there, but he somehow feels as if he ought to say more. Naruto would have something to say about any friend of his that left, after all.]

...I'm certain he considered anyone he interacted with among you a friend, and was glad for those bonds while he had them. I believe had he a choice, he would've wished to take those memories with him, upon return.

I only spoke with him once, but he seemed really nice.

[Man, this sympathy thing. He's read about it in his books, but he never really imagined experiencing it? So he's a little. At a loss. Sai's been repressing his emotions in Root for so long now that he doesn't even know how to place the feelings he's having about Naruto's disappearance, much less this.]

...That isn't a surprise. He's the sort to make friends with everyone.

As far as we are currently aware, the military has no hand in who comes and who goes. The being known as Lachesis is assumed to be responsible for our transient state of being here.

Really? I've never heard that name before. Why did you call it a 'being'?

Lachesis is mentioned on the FAQ created by Kate Bishop, if you have seen it yet.

"Being" seemed the most appropriate, as there does not seem to be a full understanding or consensus as to what exactly Lachesis is.
