I just went through all your shucky conversations from the last six or so months on this thing. You shanks talk too much.

[ what's up, MoM, thomas looks tired as hell. getting all his notes back together, picking up every newspaper and tabloid he could find, and scouring the internet for relevant information takes it out of a kid. also, it doesn't help that he's sporting a black eye and a split lip. someone got into a fight at the swear in. whoops. ]

I finally got my notes together, updated stuff, got back on track. There's still a ton of loose ends and enough unsolved klunk to sink all of Heropa in, but that's nothing new. I figured, since we just got a new batch of Greenies in, it'd be a good time to get it cleaned up and share it again.

Here, newbies. This might help you with some of those questions.

I was out a few months, so if there's anything I missed, or got wrong, or anything you guys have to add, lemme know. Figuring this stuff out benefits all of us, no matter how much we do or don't like each other. While I'm here, a couple questions - one, has anyone heard anything else about Holiday or Quisma? Heard he was released, but that's it.

[ he pauses for a moment, picking at the corner of a beaten up spiral that's sitting on the desk in front of him. it was hard losing kate. he still misses her, still wishes she was around to make the big decisions and tell him what to do (even if he didn't actually listen to her half the time), but he doesn't want to let go of all she worked for. ] I know we lost some people, and I haven't really gotten back with you guys since I was gone, so...

It's... complicated. But I think the important things to note would be that both Holiday and his husband were involved in the protests against that government, and were called Uncendiary- I don't know if it was a group, or just a word for people who didn't do as they were told.

I wouldn't jump too quickly to buy Revan's bad press. It wasn't presented as well as it could have been, but you have to understand that the media in Maurtia Falls was particularly rabid towards imPorts at that time. One small slip was like drawing blood in a shark frenzy.

Last I heard about Holiday, we were discouraged from contacting him as he settled back into his home. That was months ago. As the anniversary of his hospitalization is approaching, it may not be inappropriate to at least send our well wishes.

Regarding what you have noted on the Porter, I do have some notes of commentary related to those same observations you have there. Much of it is speculation on my part, I should warn, as I know little of transdimensional engineering. What I do know is what it is to be an imPort, so make of that disclaimer what you will, if you'd like me to share.

The rest is an explanation of Ms. Noimos' conclusions, because they did come with reason, even if she lacked the perspective for the obvious reasons it they weren't correct. It isn't polite to speak so ill of the undeserving dead.

Leaving a note standing is reasonable while the suspicions are still valid. Leaving them unremarked upon when new information has contradicted them is irresponsible information-sharing. The whole point of the document is that it can be edited as needed, isn't it?

As for Revan, what happened is that he established a building for hosting imPort charities, as you may have seen him announce recently. [ She embeds an additional link. ] His plan was to establish an independent security company to protect it, especially given the tensions towards imPorts in the city. The whole plan was misinterpreted in the most hyperbolic terms possible, as a casualty of those same tensions.

The whole thing is the result of political spin, nothing more.
