And I'm very new here, so who knows what I might learn in the next few weeks. I'm always happy to learn new things, it's like going on an adventure, and who doesn't like adventures?

[ Then she sits back from the screen, and decides she can't resist a little promotion of her own. ]

Beige, tan, almond, grey-- although I don't know why you'd want gray, it's not a very autumnal colour except in certain circumstances, and the others are much more cheerful and bright. But I suppose I'd honour grey among the discount, just to be fair.

Um. I've never considered it, actually. Though, to be honest, I'm kind of all right with how I am. I've done the "totally different appearance" thing, it wasn't... I didn't really like it.

Well, you don't have to do a complete change, lots of people want to start with something small. How about feathers? I'm especially good at feathers.

Oh, that's just a teeny part of it! I can make any kinds of changes to people that they want or need. Nearly anything you could dream up, a talented genessi can do you you.

I like how I look, but maybe someday I will try a temporary change! I always wondered how I would look if I took after my Papa at all. His hair is so pretty!

So do you work with miss Cass at the café?

Oh, not everyone who gets genework done, gets it because they don't like the way they look! It's like buying a new set of clothes, or putting on some makeup. For a lot of people, it's just about enhancement.

All my changes here are temporary, so that part wouldn't be a problem.

Oh, this is science too, I do this at home. It has to do with the alcheregis carrier gene that people have developed, but it's all science. I was pretty surprised when I got here and people were doing magic!
