I think being friends with about forty thousand people warrants a network announcement. If any of you know Jaime Reyes, he's been Ported out.

Pretty smart guy told me that three months is a good amount of time to wait before assuming someone's not coming back with their memories, SO. I had a good idea of what we can do to make this a little happier, which is probably what he'd prefer anyhow. 'Cause he's a hippie.

Anybody interested, share a story about Jaime! Funny, nice, interesting- anything's fine so long as it's not depressing. Or if you don't have a story, maybe something you like about him or you could leave a message of something that you'd like to say to him. Maybe we can show him this if he gets back. Make him cry, so I can get blackmail pictures.

[A heavy pause.] Iiii don't want to make this sound like a eulogy or anything. Especially if he DOES come back, because then I'll look really stupid. But he's not from my world, so. You all know how that goes.

Jaime is...a seriously good guy. He's really a great- He's a great person. So. If you DON'T know that loser, definitely read around to what people have to say. You'll probably want to get to know him when you're done.

We talked about it. He really seemed to like it here. I don't think I knew anyone else who was more at peace with the situation. He's... a really mature guy, but that's probably why so many people like him.

Yeah. He, uh. He told me right up front that he didn't want to go back. Not yet anyway. So that kind of makes this hard.

He never said, but... I mean, things aren't that bad back home, right? I've never met someone more willing to...stay. Especially in a place like this, against their will.

[apparently they get that way but-] I don't think that was it. I think he just knew a lot of people he wanted to help. Or at least remember. Maybe because when we get returned we just go right back to where we left off, so it's more like taking the advantage to help people while we're here.

Mm, I think that's probably it. Why not take advantage of this, but... I don't know, I guess we all just figure that eventually we are going to go back. It's the only way to come -- I just never figured I'd meet someone quite as interested in staying.

Me either, but I'm not from one of those places where everybody I know and love is either dead or like, a zombie. It'd probably be a lot easier to be fatalistic then.

Don't...give up? I mean, no matter how bad it gets, there's always something that could happen, right?

You just have to...check yourself. A lot. Kind of think about what the alternative is, or look at how miserable you'd be, if you thought like that all the time.

Dude don't be so down on yourself. Sure, you suck at this now but you can totally be a Commander if you do your best. And get promoted. Maybe take some motivational speaking courses.

Here? No, uh -- mostly back home? I don't really have anything. I didn't exactly record it when he convinced us to commit mutiny. And he's a military leader, we don't really give speeches on the extranet.
