My dears, I have a question for you all. How do you make an empty house seem less empty? I'm afraid both of my charming boys have left without so much as a goodbye, and it's now just myself in such a large space. I've never lived on my own, you see, and while I know how, it's only... well, it's very quiet.

I've tried the radio, and it isn't seeming to do the trick, so I'd much appreciate anyone's thoughts on it.

EDITED IN LATER: I don't suppose... anyone might wish to be roommates?

Depends on how much investment you're willing to put into it. Video games seem to be low maintenance, an animal as a pet would be the high maintenance end.

Oh, France! That's where Chablis Tower is located. I've never been, but it's said to be quite nice. It was one of the first three Towers built, actually.

You think so? I would like to make it something they enjoy. I could bake! Or offer something nice to drink.

Sure. You might want to start with what you'll want from the roommate-- a similar schedule or lifestyle, maybe.

I really think everyone has positive aspects, I'd hate to accidentally miss knowing someone because they feel excluded. Both of the men whom shared #19 with me were rather quiet, actually. But it was very nice to know they were there.

As for schedule, I have two jobs, so I'm not always at home!

Oh, I'm well aware. I make sound effects as a job, it's what they asked me to do while I was here. Kind of an ironic thing, really, given that I've never done anything like that before, but I do so like a challenge, and really once you get into it, it can be both challenging and rewarding, and what more can you ask for in a job, except perhaps an awful lot of payment, but you should never do a job solely for that, unless it can be put to very good use later on.

But pets are great company, I have found. Even if they can't talk.

Well, they were my charming boys, but I didn't know them before I arrived here. Then again, in a way they were the first ones I knew.
