[Wanda has already seen Steve Rogers's network post and replied to it. Touching base with The Boss (er, probably more like former boss, technically, as they're not in their world any longer) when she saw his post -- and pleasantly surprised at his presence here as well -- became first priority for her.]

Wanda Maximoff speaking.

[When she starts this video off with the introduction, her accent is Eastern European, probably unfamiliar for most to completely pin down; Sokovia also didn't get much attention in her universe, anyway (not before Ultron), so even the Sokovian accent may be unfamiliar to many from her own world as well. Though, to those with a Serbia as well in the universes from which they hail from, before they arrived in this one, they might think she sounds vaguely Serbian, but that's as close as they'll probably be able to come. Assuming they're familiar with the Serbian accent at all.

Appearance-wise, she has long and dark hair, Caucasian, mid-twenties, and the makeup on her face is mostly just dark eyeliner and red lipstick. She's changed into something a little less obvious than her Avengers outfit that she arrived here in, so no shot of a fancy costume for you people today, sorry.]

I am new here, and skipping the usual round of questions from others who have recently arrived -- [She's already flicked back a few entries on this network device, browsing through it before broadcasting this video. It's how she came across Steve's very recent post.] -- but since I have already seen one man on the network who is familiar to me, I thought I would take a 'roll' -- [English expressions for things are so weird sometimes.] -- and see if there is anyone else here who may be familiar with me. So? [That's her cue for people to introduce themselves.]

And a last general question: The information I was given has my housing in the Nonah apartment complex. If anyone could tell me their favorite places in the city -- to visit, to eat, whatever -- I would appreciate that and will accept all suggestions.

[And then she ends the video.]

I'm familiar with a version of you, from back home. I actually met her once, but it was a formal setting and we didn't really talk.

[None of the Avengers really said much before the whole "misguided fight" scenario broke out and destroyed half his office.]

Another version of you was here about 5 or 6 months ago, but she went home before I could cross paths with her. That's probably where a lot of people here are going to recognize you from.

As for Nonah, it's a great city. I lived there most of my time here, though I'm in De Chima now. There's a really nice coffee shop not far from the townhouses called the Daily Grind that had great coffee and comfortable chairs to sit in and work. And since I can't really cook, I found myself either eating out at or getting delivery from Marley's, which is a deli with a surprisingly large selection for what looks like such a tiny place from the outside. Man, just thinking about their French Dip makes me want to take trip down there...

But you really don't want to hear me ramble about food all day. What kinds of things are you looking for? I can try to let you know if there's a Nonah equivalent.

From what I can tell, there's people here from at least three different worlds with Avengers in them. There's mine, which is slightly different and farther ahead than the second one, the second one which most people seem to be from, and the third one which I'm the least familiar with, but is similar to the second with a few changes.

[Normie fights the urge to laugh. He can't imagine the Avengers giving him membership anytime soon, even after he saved Jim Rhodes' life, but as she has no way of possibly knowing that, it would be rude.]

Nah, I'm no Avenger. Some days I wish I was, but at the end of the day I'm just Norman Osborn.

[He casually throws the name out there to see what kind of reaction it'll bring.]

As for museums, your best bet is the Nonah Museum of History. But, if you're looking to dig a bit deeper... Nonah's got a couple of historic homes preserved by various historical societies, mostly showing off how one particular family lived in a particular time period. So like the Forsythe house downtown gives you the history of the Forsythe family and how they lived during the Civil War. These historical societies also have headquarters dotted around the city too, and where they store a lot of information and the archivists are all but ecstatic to share their local history with an imPort.

...I used to be a genealogist here, I dealt with a lot of historical societies.

Right? I think our worlds are the only ones that have that many, which to me is incredibly weird.

[Cool, but weird.

Oh boy, is it refreshing when people he's heard of don't immediately flip at the sound of his grandfather's (and his) name.
]

No problem. If you need me to get in contact with any of the archivists, let me know. I still have their numbers sitting around somewhere.

[He shakes his head. Wow, she really has no idea who his family is. Thank god.]

Nah. Sometimes when you come here, this place assigns you jobs that are kind of a morbid joke if you know the person. My family has a... complicated history--borderlining infamous--so that was this place's version of a joke. Joke's on them, though, I rather enjoyed it.

What I'm doing now is actually what I did back home too--I'm President of the Osborn Corporation, though it's called OsCorp here.

Not gonna lie, I've thought about it. Just jotting down differences, I mean. I'm not quite at "chalkboard" yet.

OsCorp is primarily a chemical manufacturer, though we have our hands in R&D in various fields for the independent and private sectors.

[He shakes his head slightly.]

That's business talk for my grandfather had his fingers in a lot of different pots and now that I'm in charge, I'm working on consolidating accordingly.

We could just ask the network? Call out to people from universes similar to ours and ask to compare notes. Maybe see if there are others with parallel universes out there too.

[You, Wanda, are appealing to his nerdy proclivities right now.]

Back when my grandfather ran it, yeah. He was... competitive. But after he died--oh I'm talking about back home, not here--my mother took over the company, and she took it away from that direction. I think they even had a few joint ventures, but I was a kid and didn't really care at the time so I couldn't tell you exactly. Besides, Tony Stark had moved more into nanotechnology and those kinds of electronics by the time I became President.

[There might be a face there. Normie electrocuted himself in the process of fixing Tony's friend screwed up by said nanotechnology.]

As for here, StarkTech's been around far longer than OsCorp, and I'm not crazy enough to go up against him the way were are right now, even if I wanted to.
