So, can people teleport here? As in, have you gained that power, or you had it before coming here? Has it changed somewhat, or did you lose it altogether?
And if I wanted to travel all over the world, who should I talk to?
I can't say from personal experience, but that's a remarkable ability. I can imagine why it seems that way, but it's really just an intellectual tool you can use to your advantage. Your teleportation ability and function makes a fair bit more sense.
That's awfully specific and sounds rather dangerous, but I'm sure you know what you're doing.
[Not really, she's 13, but okay]
Well there's no shortage of scientists among the imPort population. Engineering types for the most part, but there's a couple physicists and the odd biologist.
[An assistant? Well, he could afford to pay one and technically she might be too young to hold a proper job]
I can't say I've been looking for an assistant, and I'm not the easiest person to get along with.
But if you'd like to come by the lab at any point, I'm working in the biotechnological division for Starktech at the moment. My fiance is a biologist and my lab partner- brilliant man, for all he may not act it.
[Well she didn't say anything about his male fiance, so there's one test probably passed.]
Dr. Geiszler and I have been working without interns or assistants for long enough that it simply hasn't occurred to us as something to look into. If you can weather our arguments and find yourself interested in learning either or even both fields however, then it's entirely possible.
[ Sophie Foster can't even talk to boys without feeling woefully inadequate, her policy on people liking people is that they're all better than her at it, who cares about genders? ]
Sure, the school I was going until recently was filled of things supposedly impossible by human standards, so my threshold for brain breaking things is pretty high.

Do you have a particular field of interest?
no subject
Not really? I would be more interested in finding someone super smart and like, learn from them.

[ It's terrifying but too useful to ignore.
And it just hits her then. ]
What kind of doctor you are?

[ He sounds smart and she wants a valid excuse to tell high school to shove it. ]

Either way, going and checking what you're working on it's something to do, even if you don't want an assistant.

Hermann will like you.

...whoever you are?

And I might like you. We'll see!

So you can teleport with math too?

So what can you do?

[ Taking notes, like seriously. ]

When can I go there, anyway?
