So. This has been a long couple of days. [The look on his face screams 'I am just so done' so much that he doesn't even have to say it explicitly] Any recommendations for a good bar around Nonah? I got a lot of sorrows to drown and not enough booze to keep me going.

[See, now, he doesn't need deets on what's going down, he gets the gist from the other posts he's checked in on and what his little handy welcome pack told him, he pretty much has that down. As insane that it is. What he doesn't have is a good reliable watering hole and that just isn't right. No man should go days, hours or minutes without one.]

If I spend any more time sober, I might actually start reassessing my life and my choices and I don't have time for that kind of shit. So just help a guy out here. I don't mind if I got to pay a little extra for a good drink but I'm not exactly flushed with cash here so let's not go nuts and send me to like the ritziest place in town. Okay? Reasonable. Prices.

Well, the Thirsty Manatee's a great little joint. Strong drinks, cheap, lotsa neon lights everywhere, plastic palm trees, sometimes the servers dress as pirates but you can never predict when or why! Ten out of ten, highly recommended! Aaand I'm opening my own place this month, actually, if you're into booze volcanoes and [ and here he lowers his voice to a loud conspiratorial whisper ] whack-a-mole gambling.

If you mean to keep things beyond conversations private, there are encryptions and passwords to use which is your standard fare on devices such as these. I cannot say how secure they ultimately are, but I take extreme caution in saving certain data. Personally, I have acquired a burner phone and use codes I know how to decipher. But, it has been brought to my attention I am a little too paranoid.

I partial to whiskey if it's the good stuff, can't drink no cheap swill when it comes to whiskey. You can always really tell when you're drinking bad one, you know? You notice it less with beer. [Though honestly, as picky as he is, he'd still drink a watered down whiskey if it was offered to him because hell, he hadn't had the freedom to drink for a long time now. It's hard to say if he'd even notice. Anything was better than nothing.]

What kind of entertainment are we talking here?

All that kind of sci-fi shit, huh? It's a real headache. A few years ago, I would have thought people were tripping but life is pretty fucking weird these days, why even fight it?
