This is the best we've got. The Mirror!Network is a parallel network created by imPorts; the goverment doesn't have access to it and supposedly they don't know it exists. While it uses the imPort network's directory, if you go anon it can't be traced back to you.

It is possible, yes. Just like any normal network can be hacked, this one can too, as long you have the knowledge for it. However, some imPorts more tech-savvy can easily help you to prevent that as well.
