[Under usual circumstances, Tara would have made a video post without a second thought. But these aren't usual circumstances. She can decide how public to make her life now and she has no idea what to do about that. Not to mention no idea what to do about being alive again.

Still, staying cooped up in her room trying to figure out what to do with the new rest of her life is starting to get old. There's got to be something she can do to take her mind off things.

Despite the whirlwind in her mind, Tara's voice is utterly self-assured when she makes her audio post. It's a young woman's voice, early twenties but only barely. Her tone confident and aloof...or maybe just wary. Still absolutely polite.]



I have a few days to kill in Maurtia Falls, and I'm looking for things to do. I like art, fashion and music in particular. Something more interesting than the tourist attractions would be appreciated, though I'll take those too. Any recommendations?



[After a pause, she continues, her voice a less certain that it was before. Tara's never had much to do with animals, not even pets.]



And...does anyone know anything about therapy dogs?

[That voice sounds distinctly familiar. It'd be difficult to mistake someone for another member of the Pantheon; Inanna's sure of it; but would they really be lucky enough to get two new arrivals in the same group? There was really only one way to be sure—to test her reaction.

So Inanna switches on their video feed to showcase the opulent hotel room they're lounging in, smiling disarmingly at the camera. There's an odd lack to their usual vibrancy, but maybe that's to be expected. Tara would know all about the fate they met with—what Ananke told everyone, anyway.]

There's a couple of modern art galleries downtown. A lot of abstract work. [There was probably a better term for whatever style the artists worked in, but Inanna certainly wouldn't know what it was.]

[A long moment passes before Tara replies, heart constricting in her chest. Obviously, it was possible for the dead to walk again here, she was doing it herself, but somehow she hadn't thought... And, though she'd had as much differences with Inanna as the rest of the Pantheon, Inanna had always been...

In the absence of further instructions, her communicator carries her response in audio mode, a single strangled word.]

Tara. [It's spoken in a sharp whisper. It is her.] Where are you?

[They could find her themself, of course, but there are so many other thoughts racing through their mind that it just isn't occurring to them yet.]

[No, no, don't blast her home address over the network, that's just asking for trouble. Her voice wavers as she tries to pull together a reasonable plan.]

Do you know--is there somewhere we could meet?

Come to the Hotel Castille. I can meet you at the bar in there. [There's...an awkward pause. Perhaps a bar wouldn't be the best place to have a discussion with her.]

[ Rough enough that Yuuri has been warned to stay away. As for the second question, well - an adorable brown poodle bounds into frame, barking happily at this person on the other side of the line. ]

[ He doesn't know anything about them, but when dogs are mentioned he will be there. ]

...Any kind? I don't think I've ever met one, so I'd like to hear from people who have.

[ Yeah! Big ones and less big ones. Very specific therapy dog classifications. ]

Oh uh... well people don't like it when you try to pet theirs?

Therapy dogs. I was assigned a job as trainer.

[Yeah. He's super into this idea. Even if he doesn't look like it.]

I don't know. I'm not entirely sure what being a therapy dog trainer requires.

[She's not opposed to the idea of it meaning she has to have a dog, more nervous about whether she's up to the responsibility.]

The information is basically the same. I don't know much about it, but worked with animals for a time when I arrived here. The people who work at the shelters can likely provide you more information.

[ And he attaches a list of several places in the porter that deal with animals and therapy animals. ]

[ Ammy knows that voice. There is no doubt about and, as she continues to listen, her heart beings to drum in her chest. She remembers their brief meeting, one of the few Tara actually attended and then...? Then Amaterasu can only remember the figure under the white sheet.

It shouldn't surprise her so since both Inanna and Luci are here but it takes a long moment before she can switch her video feed on. She's seated somewhere high up and sunny, red hair shimmering in the sunlight as the wind blows. ]

Tara? Is it really you?

[There's a long pause, and then an audio response, Tara's voice sounding surprised and a little uncertain, some of her poise shaken.]

...Amaterasu?

[sunbathed]

It is you. [ there is a sound on her end, a choked noise to hide what could easily become a sob. ]

Did you just arrive too?

[Oh, Ammy. The presence of other gods in this world is maybe throwing a wrench in Tara's plans to start her life over, but on the other hand, there are worse familiar faces to see than Inanna and Amaterasu's.]
